I have been using this brand for several years, but the most recent purchase came with many capsules cracked and the bottle full of turmeric powder, staining my fingers and everything I touched including white sweat pants and white kitchen cabinets before I realized what a mess it all was. The powder is like a dye and doesn’t come out in the wash or with scrubbing the cabinets. If they have a new manufacturer, they should check on quality control because something is not right.

Great product however I have never had turmeric that leaves residue on my hands. My phone case and other items have highlighter yellow stains and I discovered this brand to be the culprit

Best quality turmeric capsules around. However, if you cook you can put turmeric in your food a lot cheaper. Ground turmeric is about $15 a pound in bulk and its the same stuff that’s in the capsule. You’ll find that out when you notice the yellow on your hand after touching the capsules. Knowing this, I still take 3 Qunol Turmeric capsules every day as I rarely cook with turmeric. I think it’s effective, because when I have run out and don’t take it for a few days, I feel discomfort in my joints which I believe to be arthritic inflammation, kept at bay with turmeric.

I have heard it is important to have black pepper in a turmeric supplement since that drastically increases your bodies absorption of the curcumin, the part that does you good. Since starting to take this I have noticed a definite reduction in my daily aches and pains. They are still there of course, just markedly lowered. I would recommend.
