    Wicked tasty-full of good stuff too – only 20 carbs for 28 oz- This drink is a.m.a.z.i.n.g. — So happy I discovered this! Love the low sugar content-has vegetable juice in it-big bottle size too-I am able to get my hydration in a wonderfully delicious way : ) Just one tiny thing– it is the tiniest bit thicker than water or any other drink consistency (splg ?). Not a problem but I am super fussy and I like all my liquid hydration drinks to be ‘thin’. When I mention this, it’s just something I notice. I will not stop buying tho. I drank the first one without any ice , just room temp. So the 2nd one I had it with ice-cubes and was better. IMHO things are better cold anyways. I only mention to let others know of my experience with it. I cannot wait to try all the other flavours. I bought Body Armour LYTE. So, so happy to have found a substitution to my selzer (which I am so sick of :> )

    These drinks are the best hydration drink on the market and the lyte is better tasting than the zero sugar version. The flavor is still the same as the original. These helped with my milk supply as well!

    The drink is good for thirst and the minerals help keep me hydrated. Unlike water with vitamins it isn’t all water, there is more flavor than a lot of others. I like that this doesn’t have a lot of salt, since there are too many sources for salt in the foods.

    I’ve tried just about every kind of sugar free sports drink or electrolyte drink on the market and I always come back to Body Armor Lyte. I have POTS, work a active job, and exercise daily: staying hydrated can be difficult and sometimes water alone doesn’t cut it. Most sports drinks on the market have an artificial aftertaste and you feel thirstier after drinking them. Body armor Lyte has coconut water and natural flavors that are delicious and quench my thirst. I actually prefer the flavor of the Lyte over a sugar filled beverage. I like that they have 100% DV of B Vitamins and Potassium, not just sodium, which is essential for energy production and hydration. Halfway through the day when I’m feeling sluggish, I’m usually just dehydrated, and drinking one of these I can immediately feel the difference. It’s hard to find the Orange flavor in stores. I recommend the Blueberry/Pomegranate, Peach/Mango, and Tropical Pineapple which are all delicious.
