7% is kind of strong so I dilute it a bit by wetting a cotton pad first. I believe in glycolic acid!! My doc wonders what I do to have so few wrinkles. I say, big hats and glycolic acid. In the summer, when my face is more oily I can use it every day. In the winter, maybe twice a week. You will see a difference if you use it!!!
