I can no longer use this for my family member with sensitive skin. It has a new formulation. I have not received a response from manufacturer regarding the change (at least I’d know what caused the reaction if the manufacturer would respond). Now use Vanicream Lite lotion (in a bottle) exclusively. I’m disappointed.

My dermatologist introduced this to me over 20 years ago. I have been using it since then and it is the best for me and my sun damaged skin. Thick and creamy with no added fragrance. Not always easy to find in stores, so Amazon is where I usually go.

It’s a great product, been using it for years. However: this shipment arrived with three lids loose and “leaking”. One of the three had a punctured container. Everything is useable and there was no significant loss. It just appears to have been a bad job of packaging – for a rough trip. No refund or replacement needed. (Just a weak link in the chain.)
