    J’aime le café, en particulier les arabicas. Mais trouver un café avec beaucoup d’arôme, mais une amertume contrôlée c’est pas évident. J’ai testé une douzaine de cafés de marque (Lavazza, Illy, etc.), y compris d’autres références Pellini et des mélanges. C’est bien celui là que je préfères. Equilibré, très aromatique, il convient aussi bien aux expressos, ristretti qu’aux Latte ou Capuccino.
    Je l’ai essayé sur deux machines différentes une De Longhi EC9820B et une Rok manuelle. Et deux moulins différents.
    Attention la finesse de la moulure et le moulin influent beaucoup sur le résultat.

    Il est naturellement léger en caféine, mais il existe une version déca par ailleurs (un peu moins aromatique, mais meilleur qu’un déca standard)

    My favorite bean. Great bold flavor. I use in my Gaggia Academia. Smooth strong roast.
