I have been using these Lidocaine patches for over 3 years. I apply one to my lower back, starting on the left side and stretching it to span to my right side. They are easy to apply (I do this behind my back without a mirror) and stay on all day over the place where I had back surgery a few years ago.
At 70 years old, I still work at a very physical job. When I take the patch off it is very gooey and still providing relief after 11 or more hours. I wear these patches every day that I am doing any type of physical activity.

The patch is large enough to cover an area like your backbone.I have been using these patches for a hip injury and the coverage is perfect. Pain relief starts within a few minutes and lasts for several hours. Not full pain relief but it certainly reduces the pain and discomfort.

Not sure what I would do without these. I often get upper back pain by late afternoon, and these make a big difference. They won’t erase intense pain, but in that case I use them with medication. For mild to medium pain, they help a lot. If you leave them on more than 5 or 6 hours, they often fall off, and certainly do in the shower!

This is a great pain patch which stays on for a full 8 hours. Compared to other products at the 25 count box at 4% it is the best value. I have used these for the past 8 months and will continue to use them as I am 8 weeks post-op from a very complicated back surgery. They are effective, the quality and comfort remain in each box.

These patches do not adhere as well as others I have used. The edges sometimes curl and end up sticking to your clothing. They help with the paining they stay in place.

I use these on pretty much a daily basis so I order them frequently and have been using this brand exclusively for awhile now. Just got a new box of them. Had one left in the old box. Put that one on one side of my back and pulled one out of the new box for the other side. Completely different patch. I had to look at the box to be sure I had ordered the right ones. Sure enough, I had. I noticed right away the package looked a little different, smaller. The patch is different, too. No longer flexible, at all. Just a rectangle that does not stretch. It irritated my skin and it hurt to pull if off, something that has never happened before. I do not like these. If you’re going to change your product, let your customers know. Definitely won’t buy these again.
Update: I’ve had no choice but to use these patches because I need them so often I can’t afford to throw out an entire box. I have to say these patches that don’t stretch REALLY stick. No question about it. I have to hold the skin tight around my hip when pulling them off or they’ll take my skin with them. And no matter how many times I have to pull my pants up and down during the day, I don’t have to worry about them coming loose. The jeans that sit right on top of the patch don’t faze them at all. But I’m halfway thru the box now and the last 2 I’ve used have been the stretchy ones, so I’m assuming the rest of the box will be that way. The stretchy ones certainly don’t stick like the other ones do but they don’t irritate my skin either. I wish this company would make up it’s mind what kind of patches it wants to make! Preferably before I buy another box. I have no idea how many stars to give since there are 2 kinds of patches in the box, so I’m settling on 3.

I’ve have been using these patches for years, just the right amount of adhesive to stay on your skin. The lidocaine truly works and I get quick relief for back aches and sciatic pain. Helps me get to sleep at night.
