Whoever said this pillow is both soft and firm said it all. This pillow is soft and wonderful, but also elastic and fantastic. You can find your most comfortable sleeping place, and this pillow will support it:) There is a bit of a factory smell to mine at the moment, but this pillow is so special, I think it will outlast the smell for many years.

I have learned pillows are as personal as body types, you can’t go by reviews for comfort. I would wake up with upper spine pain, neck or shoulder pain as a side sleeper. Alas, one that fits me and my sleep positions. But it stinks. I left it out to air in a guest room for a week, put it on the back porch, in the sun, tried the dryer with extra dryer sheets to refresh it, washed the cover, sprayed febreeze, not as bad but still stinks. I’m sleeping on it with no pain but mouth breathing hoping eventually it will air out. Great pillow for me but hope you have a trick for refreshing the odor.

This is a wonderful pillow! I’ve been looking for something with support that my head still sinks into and this is the one. I’m definitely sleeping better. It can make me a little hot but I just flip it over. And I wish I’d bought the standard/queen size instead as the king is a bit bigger than I need. It does start off with a chemical smell so let it air out if you can. But overall very happy.

This pillow is like sleeping on a cloud. It’s not to soft but not to firm it’s the perfect balance. Highly recommend and I’ve been through tons of pillows because of spine issues and this here is the one! I’ve found the one!

Nothing special, especially for the price. The pillow doesn’t hold its shape or offer enough support. My head sinks almost to the mattress. The pillow is also rigid enough that I can’t “fluff” it up. The zipper on the cover is weirdly huge. You have to carefully avoid it when you lie down.
The biggest issue, however, is how hot this pillow runs. It actually wakes me up because my head sweats. I’ve never experienced anything like it with any other pillow. If you flip sides, it stays cool for maybe a minute at most. I expected more for the price.

These pillows are very comfortable. They keep my head cool. I can squish them up and they’ll go back immediately. I sleep mainly on my back and love them. They’re also great when I change it up and sleep on my side. I can fold one in half and sleep on it all night and it’ll go back to normal immediately. Shape retention is 10/10. Support on the neck is great.

Not medium firm pillow! Its very soft and with your head sinking down too far into the pillow not aligning your spine and waking up in the morning with neck and hip pain for side and back sleepers. I aired out the pillows for about 4 hours and washed the pillow zipper cases and dried them in the dryer and the smell is not bad but the pillowcases for your sheet sets do not fit this pillow and the pillow slides right out of it as you sleep on it. Aslo, the pillow is smaller queen size I bought with the impression it was a full queen size pillow.
So these will be returning tomorrow.

Eager to try these pillows after letting them air because of smell.
Its been 4 days and the pillows still smell, but not as bad. I did wash the zipper covers and left them off while the pillows were airing out. I decided to go ahead and try them. I am a side and back sleeper and found the pillows very comfortable. No neck pain in the morning. They still smell but I can live with it. Hopefully it will subside. I would recommend if you’re having trouble with too full and too thin pillows. These are very comfortable, and I noticed I am not moving around or waking up during the night.

I bought 2 sets of Sealy Memory Foam pillows in the past and loved them. I was very disappointed when I opened the package with my new pillows because of the strong chemical odor they emitted. I took them out of the plastic wrap and aired them out for two days, but the odor was still there. I tried spraying them with fabric spray, but that did nothing. I decided to hand wash them, which eliminated the odor, but they are impossible to dry. Do not waste your money. I threw mine out and will go to the store to purchase another brand to make sure there’s no odor.

I’ve been using these pillows for several months now, and they’ve yet to leave me disappointed. They’re fluffy and incredibly firm. The cooling effect they leave on my bamboo pillowcases offers a wonderful and comfortable sleep. My head doesn’t sink completely into them, so the memory foam used is top-notch. For the value, you guys really can’t go wrong. The brand themselves are one of the best in the world. Try these, because they’ll leave you sleeping far better than a cheapy pillow that seems to go flat after a week of use. Plus, the zippers stay zipped up. My only minor suggestion is the fabric is almost too slick, which means my pillowcases go sliding off them frequently. But I wouldn’t leave any less stars for that because I could very well use a fully closed pillowcase if need be. Great price. Terrific support on the neck.

This pillow is a great memory foam pillow with decent support. It’s not too firm or too plush that my head sinks all the way down. Although, It’s probably more plush than it is firm. I prefer memory foam pillows like these because they usually last longer than cotton or feather pillows so hoping these last.

I’m a 73-year-old female who’s a side sleeper that has neck issues and has to wear a C pap..This is the ULTIMATE!!! pillow. If a memory foam pillow is to dense, the C-pap mask digs into your face. If it’s to smushy the mask becomes loose. Having a pillow too dense or to mushy, does not
support your neck if you have Herniated disks issues. I ordered 3 pillows on Amazon. The Egohome pillow didn’t have as much give as I thought it was going to have and the other pillow was to mushy. Trust me I have gone through a number of pillows from neck wrenching hard ones, to suffocating ones. 2 BEST pillows in my opinion, are this one! “SEALY DREAMLIFE and the one called, “The Big One.” Which also can be purchased on Amazon. I did NOT have any issue with any chemical smell. I sprayed it with
fabris then I just let it air out for about 6 hours then put it in a pillow protector. Here’s a hot tip: always buy a protective pillow case for your pillows to make them last even longer.😉
