I’ve used this for 2 months – Finally a pillow that does not cramp my shoulders when I sleep. it is not made for back sleepers, but perfect for side sleepers. The foam supports my head just right .I am in my late 60s and sometimes my neck is stiff in the morning and I have not noticed that since I have used this pillow. I like that it has a more firm side and a softer side. I don’t notice a cooling feature as advertised but that’s OK with me, it does not develop any hot areas while I’m sleeping so maybe that’s what they’re talking about. I did purchase the pillowcase to go with this, as suggested by another reviewer I think he said that the surface was a little too slick without it when he laid on it. I wish it had a cover that you could remove so you didn’t have to order the pillowcase, So because of that inconvenience and extra expense,, I gave it four stars.

I recently bought one of these pillows to help me sleep. I had two problems going on. One was my arms would go numb while I slept (a function of bad neck angle I am told). This would wake me up in the middle of the night and result it rolling back and forth.
Also I would wake up with my shoulders aching in the morning. Which would also make me roll around at night.
Some things I read online implied a special neck pillow might help so I ordered this one.
The pillow itself reminds me of a foam brick. It is quite square and quite firm. That said, it holds my head at the perfect angle when sleeping on my side and is still comfortable if I lay on my back. The foam is firm but is wrapped in a slightly softer layer, so the ear doesn’t feel pinched or squeezed. Also I don’t notice any heat build up or sweating.
The pillow comes wrapped in clear plastic and EXPANDS when removed from its wrapping. Be warned the form has a strong oily odor when first released. I had to let my pillow air out for over a week before I could use it. I have now had the pillow for more than two weeks and notice no odor at all but… you will have to let it air out for several days. Squeezing the pillow flat and then letting it spring back up, seems to help pump some of the odor out faster.
The pillow fits in the same pillow case all my other pillows, so nothing special needed there.
I am very pleased with this pillow. It has greatly improved my sleep quality and I recommend it for people having issues similar to my own.

As a side sleeper, I’ve long been intrigued with these cube shaped pillows. When I decided to take the plunge, I first went with the name brand one. It was a disaster, and they charged me an arm and a leg to ship it back to them for a return. I decided to try again and opted for this pillow. Let me tell you, it’s awesome in every way. My head rests on the pillow, not in it, which is very important to me. The height is perfect to hold my head up and align my neck and spine. I sleep wonderfully with it and wake up with absolutely no aches or pains. There was a bit of a smell to it when it was brand new out of the package, but that disappeared within a couple days. This pillow is well worth the money if you’re a side sleeper.

I had an ergonomic pillow that was formed and whatever that didn’t do it for me. Reddit brought me here and I’m happy it did. Nice and thick, comfortable, proper blend of soft/firm. Really helped with my neck pain

I was scrolling the internet and saw a video of a neuro surgeon talking about pillows. They were saying how a cube pillow like this keeps your spin in line and helps with back issues, shoulder issues as well as carpel tunnel symptoms. I have had carpel tunnel surgery on both my hands and the symptoms are starting to come back during the night/when I wake up so I figured I’d try a cube pillow. I purchased this and received it quickly with prime. I opened the box and vacuum bag and let it sit for 2 days per instruction. Considering I’ve been sleeping with 2 pillows and my arm under my pillow most my life it did take a few days to a week to adjust to sleeping with the one and without my arm under my pillow. It has made an incredible difference though! I no longer wake up in the middle of the night to adjust my pillow, this holds firm and stays under my head to support my neck easily. It is cooling but not COLD which I like because I run warm when I sleep. I’ve had it almost a month now and the pain/numbness I was having is completely gone. I was also have some shoulder pain before switching and that is totally gone as well.
Before our next trip I probably will order the small one to have for travel. That’s how much I like it!

I have had the worst neck pain and bought so many pillows. I had high hopes for this one due to the reviews, but this thing is hard as a rock! It may support your head but there is no support for your neck.
