This is so lightweight to the point where you can barely feel it on your lips. It’s a very thin formula. Most longwearing matte liquid lipsticks almost feel like you have a film or mask on your lips. And even the ones marketed as being “comfortable “ on the lips eventually start to give your lips a tightening effect and your lips start to feel dry after hours of wear. THESE DONT DO THAT. I’ve used many matte liquid lipsticks especially high end brands for many years since Stila and Kat Von D. Even drug store like Nyx. Trust me when I say this is the best liquid matte lipstick formula I have ever tried. It’s TRULY matte. Not satin or satin matte. And YET it is not drying, super lightweight and almost kind of hydrating. Did I mention it’s extremely long wearing? Like lasts the whole day even through a meal. And if I eat something really greasy I can easily touch it up without it getting cakey or crusty since like I said, it’s a very thin lightweight formula. My only complaint is that pretty much the entire line is super warm toned. Almost every shade leans red, orange or yellow. There’s only 3 shades that I find wearable because they’re the only cool toned pinky mauvey shades in the line. They are Cool Pink on Top, Woody Pink and Dusty Beige. They’re beautiful shades though but not that different from each other. Hopefully they’ll extend the line to add more cool toned shades and variety because the line is completely taken over by warm tones. Such a great formula but I would like to own more shades.

FINALLY, exactly what I’ve been looking for! You can wear this two ways, as a liquid lipstick, or a stain. This is Dusty Beige, the first photo being right after application, and the second after blotting. I did let it dry down for about an hour before blotting because I wanted to see if it would dry my lips out. While it did NOT dry them out, it did amplify the lines and wrinkles on my lips, just as a matt liquid lipstick would. The fact that it didn’t dry my lips out was astonishing, since I normally have to wear a lip balm 24/7 to keep them from chapping, and have never been able to wear liquid lipstick prior to this one (even though it’s technically a stain).
The color is obviously more bold prior to blotting with a deeper beige tone, but stains your lips a beautiful cool-toned muted berry color, which is exactly what I wanted. The application is very easy and the product goes on smooth & even. I didn’t notice any smell during application or after, and so far it has lasted 6 hours on my lips with almost zero fading, even after eating & drinking through a straw. However, if you apply any sort of top coat or balm to this, you’ll likely have more transfer. Overall, I am super happy with the quality of this product so far!

It’s hard for me to find a lip color that actually reads natural mauve on my lips, with my cool undertones. This one came surprisingly close. Most shades marketed as ‘rose’ or mauve either end up looking orangey-brown and far too warm on me, or too bright pink on me. This blur lip stain, which is a perfect name for it, in the color ‘Cool on Top Pink’ was was the ideal, cool-shaded mauve, which applied smoothly, slightly stained and blurred my lips and offered me just the color and type of lip coverage I was seeking. It’s not too dry and stays on for several hours even while eating. The only reason I gave it four stars is that it arrived broken got all over everything and the only way they would send me a new one was if I returned the broken one which literally got all over everything, and I threw it out immediately. And yes, it stains your fingers, clothes, and your rug, just like it does to your lips.

It does tend to last longer than other lipsticks but will eventually fade. I didn’t notice any tint remaining on my lips, however, which is a bummer. Luckily it’s very easy to re-apply as needed but I wish it would last longer or at least leave the advertised tint.
I did end up purchasing two other shades and the others are also very pretty but I doubt I will re-purchase it when I run out.
Side note, I really appreciate the pictures of each of the colors on different skin tones. It made choosing a good shade for me much easier and convinced me to order more than one.

So I used to spend a lot of money on makeup. With the rising cost of inflation, I realized I just couldn’t be buying make up the way I used too. So I thought I would try some stuff on Amazon.
I used to use huda beauty lip stains. But I just can’t justify spending over 30 dollars canadian plus taxes on top for one lipstick anymore. Especially when I go through them so fast.
I decided to try this and omg I am blown away. The shades are PERFECT for everyday wear. Of course I’ll save my bright bold huda colour’s for special occasions. But this brand is going to be my new go to. Absolutely love love love

This is such a great lip formula. I will be returning the “mellow peach” shade that I ordered, because the color is much brighter, and less natural looking, than in the photos. I will be trying other shades however, as I really enjoyed the natural look and finish of the cream. This offers a soft focus blur and a hydrating texture, but with a matte finish that can be blotted down to a natural stain. The formula also applies nicely and does not stray out of the lines, like so many other long wear formulas do. For the price point, this is an excellent value, if you can get the color that is right for you.

I have reordered this once a year for the last 4 years. 10/10. I am not a matte girl, dewy all the way, but there’s just something about this formula. It feels really light weight on the lips and doesn’t emphasize all the cracks and bumps. Once you put it on, you’re basically set. If you are eating a lot of greasy food, you can seamlessly reapply where it wore off without and product bunching or pilling.
When you have this on for like 10+ hours and don’t reapply, it fades the best way!!!! Its fades evenly and leaves a stain behind. So even when the full color isn’t there you still have a nice flush to your lips. It stays on the edges of my lips quite well and sometimes I will use it as a lip liner.
I will also apply chapstick over this (burts bees original formula). It will soak into the product but if you don’t smudge it, when the chapstick soaks into your lips, the product will re-adhere to your lips like you never had chap stick on.
My favorite color is dusty beige. Its a good cool color.

Beautiful color. The feel on the lips is soft. Easy to apply and create even layers. Lasts long but not all day. What is left comes off pretty easily when taking makeup off.

no strong smell, amazing quality, beautiful long lasting color. Not super moisturizing but not drying either. It can go on thick so I apply a little at a time and smudge out before it dries and just layer until I get the deepness in color I want that day. Once it dries it is smudge proof and transfer proof. I usually add a balm or gloss on top but you don’t have to. adding a topper does make it fade faster so it i want to deep color i started with I’ll have to reapply abut 4 hours later (that’s after eating and drinking) but even if i don’t reapply there is still a nice stain on my lips so I’ll just swipe some balm on and finish my day.

this has been a STAPLE for my makeup routine for years. I love this product, i love the pigment of the lip tint. This is a great quality lip tint and will be continuing to use this everyday. It’s not the most long lasting ever but i don’t mind that personally. I think for me it lasts about 3 hours ? before i’ll reapply.

Awful tired of buying pinks or mauves that pull orange or brown. This stuff I can work with. I pat it on and it’s a nice naturalish pink. It leaves a light stain after food and drink and still looks pretty good after a few hours. I haven’t worn it all day, so cannot confirm if it lasts that long.
I’m really sensitive to scents and can’t recall any strange scent or taste from the 5 or 6 times I’ve worn it, so if it has one, it made zero impression, which is great for me.

I’ve repurchased this many times. The color is just so flattering on me as a beautiful neutral. It is not a tint that will last all day. You will find yourself having to reapply from time to time. It does not offer any moisture so I do moisten my lips with chapstick before use.
