Shipped quickly and works as expected. I use it in fried chicken flouring and I tried it on fried potatoes. I don’t really roast vegetables much, but I expect it works for that. I’m sure one could create one’s own out of pepper, paprika, salt and other stuff, but why bother?

Found this seasoning long ago at winners. Like that I can get it on Amazon now. This is the best seasoning for fries and roasted vegetables. Got some for my brother and his family feels the same way.

Glad Amazon carried this since I can’t find it locally any more. Great for roasted veggies. Mix with olive oil to coat vegetables and roast in oven. Also great seasoning on eggs! You may find more uses.
