I love this oil!!! I’m a licensed massage therapist and I use this oil during sessions and it’s very moisturizing and my clients are not allergic to it. Also, it’s very affordable and lasts me a loooooonng time!! I also use it to make salad dressings and to fry the best fried chicken I’ve ever had!!! 🥰🥰🩷🩷

This is a good combination of oils. Light, mild flavor. Sautées vegetables, without needing a large amount of oil. Olive oil -extra virgin- is becoming expensive. I never have fully liked the taste of it by itself. This oil is easily mixed with all other foods. Thank you. I purchased this through Amazon, most stores in rochester, ny.,do not carry this brand. Will repurchace. Thank you

Oh, Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, where have you been all my life? I cracked open this bottle expecting some standard cooking oil, but instead, I unleashed a Mediterranean genie! This EVOO is so smooth, it could probably talk its way into a Michelin-star kitchen. I drizzled it on my sad, wilted salad, and suddenly my greens were strutting like they just got a makeover on a reality show. The flavor? It’s like a Spanish fiesta in my mouth—bold, fruity, and just the right kind of sassy. I swear I heard a flamenco guitar riff when I took my first taste. I tried cooking with it, and my scrambled eggs transformed into some kind of gourmet masterpiece. My friends thought I secretly took cooking classes. Nope, just Iberia working its magic. The only downside? I’m now emotionally attached to this bottle. I whisper sweet nothings to it while I cook, and I’m pretty sure my other condiments are jealous. Iberia, you’ve ruined me for lesser oils. 10/10, would anoint myself like an ancient king with this stuff.

Knowing the smoke point of your oil before deep frying anything is important. Raw sunflower oil is among the lowest at 225F. Refined safflower is among the highest at 510 or so. This stuff works perfectly with no smoke at 375 F.

😃 Great!!

This is now my go-to cooking oil. It is not pure olive oil so don’t go thinking it is–at this price! Rather, it’s 80% Sunflower oil, with 20% Olive to lend a bit to the aromatics. With that said, for me it works perfectly for sauteeing and frying items like pancakes and veggie burgers. There’s no smoking at higher and long term heat, and an unobtrusive scent and flavor.
The kicker is that the cost is on par per ounce with the least expensive oils available on this website, canola and soy. And those are two oils that I try overall to avoid. In this Iberia blend, I get two oils that I prefer and actively seek out to include in my diet–for the best price on Amazon.
Again, this Iberia blend is not your super gourmet, first cold stone pressed olive oil that you’d drizzle over your glamorous, fresh-from-the-garden tomato salad. But it is a superb choice for frying an egg in your cast iron skillet. I love it and I hope it’s available on Amazon forever and forever at an affordable price.

I used it for massage oil. Wouldn’t recommend. It doesn’t clean off well and makes everything sticky. I have switched to another oil. May still be great for cooking and other things. Just not for massage oil.

Hello and good day to you ,
Typically I use cold pressed olive oil – but decided to try this weigh the added bonus of sunflower 🌻
Some claim to fames about sunflower oil are ; helps digestion , lowers cholesterol , repairs the body etc…. so I thought why not .
We are both vegan and I cook, grow and bake everything fresh For my husband and I . Typically I bake a loaf a week so I have really tested this product out both with vegan flat bread ( homemade recipe ) and yeast bread ( homemade recipe ) – this stood the test on both accounts. I cannot claim once you’ve incorporated this into your recipe you’ll even know it’s there , BUT your health might which makes the bread taste that much better !
I have enclosed photos and below is the recipe –
Herb Garden Vegan bread
First ;
In a small mixing bowl
For my flour I mixed Mix 4-1/2 tsp yeast (I am using active dry Red Star) you may need to follow your own directions on your yeast type)
1/2 tsp sugar in the raw
1/2C warm water
For all purpose flour again follow your directions to activate your yeast
TYPICALLY that is.a 2 1/4 tsp yeast
1/4 tsp sugar in raw
1/4 C warm water
Set aside
Same rules apply
Incorporate these three together by hand BUT be easy just try to dissolve it within itself without too much vigor.
Set aside to rise – it is ready when it doubles its size. (Effectively the yeast is eating the sugar )
Second
In a larger bowl add 4 C of unbleached flour sifted ( I am using King Arthur Special Patent)
• NOTE: In this recipe I have doubled the yeast because of the type of flour I am using – AND you don’t need to sift the flour if you don’t want to• (Easy mode) I have done both
2T pink rock salt
2T this awesome olive / sunflower oil
1/8 C Parsley
1/8 C Garlic powder
1/8 C Oregano
Third
Once your yeast is double it’s size
Create a crater type hole in the middle of your flour mixture and dump the yeast mixture into it
Add 2 C extra warm water ( for my yeast )
Add 1 1/3 C of warm water if using all purpose flour
Mixed together by hand ( folding in the water to dry until mostly incorporated
Place on a floured surface and knead for ten minutes ( yes I set a timer and the burning in my biceps often times tells me when ten minutes is up (lol)
Place in a oiled bowl to rise ( I use this awesome stuff to oil the bowl )
Place kneaded dough in bowl
Cover with towel
Allow to rise ( Can take 1-2 hours depending on if you have it setting on a warm stove top- or not.
Once dough had doubled its size
You can:
Punch it down and rise again for 30 mins
Then move to baking dish / bread pan
Or
Just
Move to a non stick baking dish or bread pan
Coat top of bread with this awesome oil – to taste no Measurements required !
The punch down is for density – non punch
Lighter bread with possible bubbles !
YUM BOTH WAYS
Bake at 350
For 30 mins – add vegan butter and
Whoaaaaa you too will love this oil!

Using this oil to infuse herbs. So far it is doing exactly as its supposed to. The price was right for the size of jug you receive. It seems to be fresh, the jug didn’t/doesn’t leak and the oil tasted like olive oil. We will have to see how the infusion ends up for the quality.

Iberia’s Premium Blend of sunflower oil and extra virgin olive oil is a fantastic option for everyday cooking. You get the lightness and high smoke point of sunflower oil, paired with the flavor and benefits of olive oil — without the high price tag of pure EVOO.
It’s great for sautéing, roasting vegetables, or using in dressings when you don’t want the olive oil flavor to overpower the dish. The oil is smooth, not too heavy, and works beautifully for baking and frying too.
I also love that it comes in a large bottle at an affordable price, making it perfect for families or frequent cooking. If you want something practical, mild, and healthy-ish, this is a solid pantry staple.

Great price! and product! I use a lot

I love this for making salad dressings and I use it in place of vegetable oil when baking. It’s light and good quality, it doesn’t weigh heavy with what you’re baking and it’s tasteless and better for your intestines. I also pop popcorn with it.

I Love ❤️ this product for frying, sauté and cooking eggs. This oil is lighter than pure Olive Oil and has a pleasant taste. I use medium to lower heat and is very versatile. I would buy this product again.
Fay Fortenberry –
Flavors different than just olive oil but its pretty good, made mayonaise with it. Come out a bit thin. Not sure if thats the oil or something I did. But its good,

Use this all the time. Fries with no smoke. No flavour to interfere with food. Drizzle it on my salads etc for an extra dose of olive oil.
