So it’s my fault, it did say 16oz. I guess I’ve never seen a bottle of oil that small as they are typically 48-128oz. So I ended up paying for a tiny bottle the same as if I went to Walmart and got a 48oz bottle; it’s 3x the normal price without 3 x the value. Hey if you’re gonna charge that much at least reduce the fat…oh wait they did…3x less fat, right! Oil is 100% fat..ha ha!

Great Canola Oil. Read the size, though. I bought it because it’s organic and when you cut it 50% with olive oil, the olive oil retains the taste, the blend can add a great olive flavor. This makes it easy to sauté anything as canola has a very high frying temp. The blend is good in pesto, vinaigrette and almost anything. This canola oil is a great find. Also, when cake mixes or recipes call for oil, canola is the healthiest, if it’s organic.
