Canola oil has been given a bad name but unless you are avoiding seed oils altogether, there’s no issue with canola as long as it’s not been processed with chemicals (which is true for ALL oils). Cold pressed and expeller pressed oils are better than chemical processed oils, no matter what source the oil is from and depending on your needs. I wanted a neutral oil for making mayo and one with a high smoke point for frying. This oil fits my needs. The taste is neutral, and there’s a good amount for the price.
