This is my second bottle of the baking/cooking/fry oil from Chef’s Life, it is so much better than traditional store bought. When I was enlightened on the fact olive oil burns and causes carcinogens at high heat I sought out an organic alternative and am so happy I found Chef’s Life. I use their whole line, the type for dressings is also perfect I no longer buy store bought dressings just blend up my own. 10/10 would recommend this line.

I purchased the 3-piece gift box for my house, 4 of us take turns making dinner at home and always like to try making new things. The three pack makes it simple no matter what we decide to try!
We have used the finishing oil for caprese and polishing off grilled veggies and the blended oil worked phenomenally in guacamole and hummus 🙂 The cooking oil is getting a workout for anything and everything from steaks and burgers to pastas and stir fry. All three have stunning flavor!!! Would suggest to anyone as the “cooking oil for dummies'” option, hard to misfire!

This is my 3rd bottle – I like the quality of this oil so much! I use it for stovetop recipes due to the heat tolerance, also in dressings and some baking due to the very light taste. The healthy oil mixture doesn’t overwhelm other flavors. The larger bottle is a good value for the price. The bottle reduces light filtration, so it stays fresher longer. I keep mine in the refrigerator, which extends the life even longer, although that is my preference and is not required.

Like many cooks, I get stuck in the EVOO or vegetable oil route. I’ve purchased avocado oil but where does it fit in with my other two oils? So I find I don’t pull it out as often. Enter in other oils such as peanut, safflower and others and who knows what to do?!
These bottles of blended oils give you options and the bottles tell you exactly when to use them. The flavor and specific use are right in the bottle. The product quality is high and the packaging is superb. The set also makes an excellent gift!
