I love this oil! I cook with it. I make soap and lotion with it. Everything I make with it is great! Plus the added bonus of being nutritious!

This oil is quite good, and the flavor is just right for refined sunflower oil. The only downside is the price, but there is little that can be done about this given what the market has been like lately.

Great quality!

I’ve been using this oil in cooking for several years.

I’ve learned that a new type of essential fatty acid was discovered called C15 which is highly involved in preventing insulin resistance. It’s typically found in dairy, highest concentration is in grass fed butter, but it’s also very in high concentrations of high oleic sunflower oil. Has to be high oleic, regular sunflower oil doesn’t have any and goes rancid easily. Hi oleic oils like olive oil are naturally preserved and have a better shelf life.
So instead of spending money on a supplement, I got a gallon of this oil which I have mixed 50/50 into a large bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Sam’s. I have felt better, have seen an immediate decrease in my blood pressure which I’m starting to think was triggered by high blood sugar due to insulin resistance.
My skin feels better, scalp feels better, and I seem to be having less glucose spikes. It’s not just this oil though, I’ve greatly reduced the amount of carbs I eat. Trying to get most my calories from fat and protein and maybe 10-20% from carbs that are in the vegetables and beans I eat.
I strongly recommend educating yourself on C15, can be life changing.

I love using sunflower oil for massage therapy because it feels very smooth and rich on the skin + it’s extremely nourishing. It’s also safe for people who have nut allergies. This was a really good deal for an entire gallon of massage oil!

It smells like any other oil would when it’s heated, but it’s good quality and does what it says it does. Everything I fry in this tastes great, cooks my food evenly, and makes it crispy. Would recommend.

This sunflower oil is very good quality and works great for my handmade soap recipes. The oil is clear, light, and blends very well with other oils when making soap.
I like using high oleic sunflower oil because it helps create a gentle and moisturizing bar of soap. It also helps improve the conditioning properties of the soap.
The bottle size is excellent for multiple batches, and the packaging was secure. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy it again.
I recommend this oil for anyone making handmade soap, skincare products, or DIY beauty recipes.

Huge bottle as advertised worked good with my soap making

I really liked this oil. Withstood high temperatures as advertised. Did not alter the taste of my product at all nor did it leave the oily taste that sometimes occurs with deep fried foods. No smell. Worked well for me.
