Although original gua sha tools were not made with stainless steel, this stainless steel set works well. The shapes of the tools are optimal, and the edges are smooth. The design is well made and ergonomic. One of the main advantages of this material is that it can last indefinitely, and doesn’t break when being accidentally dropped. The weight is a bit more than that of traditional tools, but no issue for me. The price is reasonable. In summary, I like the set and consider it to be excellent.

They works amazing for pain relief and getting those knots out. These tools are durable and will last forever if taken care of properly. A lot of the pain I suffer from is do to sitting for long periods of time and causing poor circulation. This has helped in getting all the fluids moving and has truly helped to reduce the pain.

Use this at least twice a month with some cocoa butter. Watch a few YouTube videos to know what I’m doing. It’s not sharp, so don’t worry about it. The point of it is to create/increase blood flow to a muscle or tendon by “scraping” over the skin. (All holistic therapy in it’s core is this principle; massage, tens unit, cupping, etc). Very heavy and sturdy materials. Impressed with quality.
