I very rarely get colds or any flu or other viruses even when it runs through the students and my fellow staff members. They sometimes stick together, but it’s easy to pull them apart. You take 2 each day, so you get a months worth in each bottle. I just put it on subscribe and save so I don’t have to remember to order them every month. Super easy to just pop in your mouth and chew. The flavor isn’t bad. I’m a poor sleeper so I don’t think it does anything for my sleep. But it seems effective in keeping my immune system up and running. The texture is like any other gummy. Not too hard, soft to chew.
