I give these to my two boys. My oldest picks up every little bug going around his school and brings it home to his younger brother who’s not in school as he’s special needs. I give them both these and I’ve definitely noticed a huge difference! Worth it!

I bought these after Carlyle Kids Elderberry Gummies tripled in price. They taste just like the Carlyle brand, along with the texture and size being the same. These taste great, and I haven’t had a problem with my kids taking them. I believe they do work in strengthening their immune system. The only issue I do have is they’re quite sticky, and tend to get stuck in the teeth. If your child has deep grooves in their molars, I could see these as being as cause for cavities. Carlyle brand has the same stickiness as well, but I was kinda hoping this one wouldn’t be as sticky. Other than that, these are good. They tend to last us about 3-4 months. I store them in a cool dry place to avoid them tasting weird after a couple months or getting sticky and stuck to one another. So far I haven’t encountered such.

The Nutricost Kids Elderberry Gummies have been a pleasant and practical supplement addition for my children. The gummies are flavorful and sweet enough that my kids actually want to take them—no daily “battle” at vitamin time, which is always a win.
The texture is soft and chewable, and they’re easy for little ones to eat without any difficulty. I appreciate that these are formulated with elderberry, a popular ingredient for immune support, and the kids haven’t complained about any aftertaste.
So far, we haven’t noticed any negative side effects with regular use, and they seem gentle on the stomach. While it’s hard to quantify exactly how much they help with immune support, they’ve been a good complement to our routine during cold and flu season.
My only minor quibble is that the gummies can get sticky in warmer conditions, so storage location matters—but that’s typical with gummies in general.
Overall, these are a solid option if you’re looking for a kid-friendly elderberry supplement that actually gets eaten without fuss. I’d recommend them to other parents seeking a tasty daily vitamin alternative.
