This NAD+ supplement arrived in pristine condition with the safety seal intact. The gummies were fresh and soft right out of the bottle. Based on a past experience with another NAD+ brand that required refrigeration, I’ve been keeping these in the fridge as well, and they’ve maintained their texture perfectly.
While it can be hard to assess the efficacy of supplements like this, I have noticed a distinct effect on my energy levels. It’s not a sudden burst of energy like a child might have, but rather, I find that I fatigue less throughout the day. The most noticeable change is that I’m no longer looking for a place to lie down in the mid-afternoon; there’s no need for that daily siesta anymore.
As for the taste, it’s not quite the strawberry flavor that’s claimed. It is sweet, but there’s an aftertaste or perhaps an aroma that’s difficult to describe. It’s not unpleasant, but it also wasn’t something I readily liked. I believe the taste will be very subjective, and each person will have to decide for themselves.
