The Last Lapis –
First Impressions:
Right out of the box, this set feels thoughtfully put together. The aesthetic is cohesive, the pink accents are cute without being over the top, and everything arrived neatly organized. I originally bought this specifically for the deck, but I was pleasantly surprised by how complete and intentional the whole kit feels.
Testing Experience:
I’ve been reading tarot for 15+ years, so I’m definitely not the target “beginner” audience—but I’ve been using this deck regularly for personal pulls and light readings over the past couple of days. The card size is comfortable to shuffle, the imagery is clear, and the deck reads cleanly without feeling muddy or overly busy. I also flipped through the guidebook and journal out of curiosity, and they’re genuinely well done for newer readers.
Pros & Cons:
Pros:
The tarot deck itself is solid, readable, and easy to work with
Extremely complete kit—great value for what’s included
Beginner-friendly without feeling cheap or gimmicky
Accessories (journal, pendulum board, stones, cloth) are a nice bonus even for experienced readers
Cons:
If you’re very minimalist, you may not use every extra item in the kit
Final Takeaway:
I originally came for the deck, but the full set exceeded my expectations. This is an excellent starting kit for beginners and a surprisingly good pickup for experienced readers who want a versatile deck plus useful extras. I’d absolutely recommend it—and I don’t regret the purchase for a second.

This beginner tarot set honestly felt worth it for the deck alone. It includes a full classic Rider–Waite Tarot style deck, which is such a great place to start, and the cards themselves are really nicely made. They’re thick, well finished, and a comfortable size, slightly smaller than some traditional decks, which I actually prefer because they’re easier to handle. The standout feature for me is the gorgeous iridescent shimmer across the cards. It doesn’t change the classic imagery or colors, but it gives everything a luminous, almost lit-from-within quality that makes the deck feel extra special and extra magical!
The set also comes with thoughtful extras like a journal, a guidebook, a soft zodiac cloth for laying out the cards, and small crystals, which make it feel like a complete starter kit. I’ve just begun learning tarot with this deck and already feel very connected to it. Overall, I think this would make a lovely gift for someone curious about tarot, astrology, or other spiritual practices and looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to begin.

I was looking for a beginner tarot set and was thrilled to see this which also included so much more than just the cards! The instruction booklet is very thorough, talking about the history of tarot and variances between different cultures. I love that it includes a pendulum and some quartz stones. It also had card holders, a journal, bell, and bag to hold items, among other things. But the real star of the package are the laser engraved cards. They are really beautiful and make my rainbow-sparkly loving heart very happy!

I love this set! I highly recommend for anyone who does NOT already have any items in this set.
The pendulum board is laser engraved, the card holders are sublimation (ink pressed onto smooth surface), the alter cloth is like a mix of flannel and microfiber, the bell is super basic and huge, the pendulum is micro tiny, the clothe bag is nice and fits a bunch of stuff, the crystal tumbles are perfect, the tarot deck is phenomenal, but the book is strange.
The tarot book talks a lot of Christianity. Is that a thing?! I’m seriously new to tarot, and have not read anything or heard anyone speak so heavily of things from the Bible as this tarot guide book. Some of the images are also shrunk down and kind of hard to read.
Overall this is an awesome set, BUT it leaves me longing for more. I’d love to get a larger pendulum for the gorgeous board, and a more interesting bell. Plus, I’m interested in other tarot guide books, because I did NOT vibe with this one. So, it’s a slippery slope after getting this set… one day you receive this set and the next you have a carefully curated bookcase full of crystals, herbs and witchy books.
The set is actually a really great gift set for any beginner. It’s easily worth the $22 for the deck, crystals, pendulum, and card holders alone! Unboxing this made me feel like it was my birthday!

I recently received this tarot card set, as I have an interest in oracle and tarot cards, and I am very impressed by the set. I think it would make a nice gift for anyone who enjoys divination, or for someone just getting into or exploring tarot.
The set came packed in a lovely printed sturdy box, that can definitely be used to store the contents, and contained numerous items including a beautiful tarot deck, cloth, guide book and small notebook, soft decorative pouch for the cards, lovely stones and more.
The tarot deck in particular is really nice to work with. It has a foiled, iridescent effect which makes doing readings more special. The cards are on the lighter side but not flimsy at all. I also like using the included pendulum and scrying circle. Overall, I think this set is a good value based on the many items received within, as well as the quality of each component.

This beginners divination kit is pretty nice. The tablecloth has a nice graphic which is cleanly printed, though the fabric is a bit flimsy and I have no use for the wall hanging attachments personally. The Chakra stones are just some tumbled stones, quartz, rose quartz, carnelian, tigers eye, amethyst, sodalite or lower quality lapis lazuli, and I think agate. The bell is okay, but I feel like it’s too big and I don’t like the bell tone. The deck itself is the classic Waite with a twist – the cards have an awesome holographic print coating, so they’re refracting light into rainbows, box too. I love the wooden pendulum wheel, never had one before, and it was a lot of fun testing it out. It would’ve made more sense to have the pendulum stone be quartz, obsidian, or a metal though instead of amethyst. All in all, still a good set.

This is great for a gift. It’s definitely very beginner friendly and it has me wanting to open my eyes to the spiritual realm in general lot more I almost felt like it was calling to me. If that makes sense. I’ve always been extremely empathic. The bell was a little bit big, but I mean when you think about everything you’re getting it and how neat and how nice the wooded circular thing was engraved, and the cardholder was engraved. It makes it very much worth it. The pink gives it an extra little dash of curliness, which I love I love the box it came in. I love the bag the crystals I don’t know if they’re really real or not, and my partner said it was a little weird that there was no author of the book, but I was like it’s more of a manual than a book so I don’t know if they’d put our author’s name but nevertheless, I had a conversation with ChatGPT to make sure because I am also a believer in Jesus Christ but I also love the spiritual world and feel very connected to things that I can’t explain so I prayed over the kid and I did my own first reading. I don’t know if it’s allowed or not but I did it and it was a very good first reading. The bot helped explain and breakdown. What every card meant even though you get a book showing you it’s just hard to find exactly where that card is but once you navigate sections, then it starts to get easier. I was scared I would end up sending it back, but I’m definitely keeping it. It was definitely worth the $22.Dollars. If you have anybody that’s even slightly interested in tarot or horoscopes or learning more about that kind of stuff this is definitely beginner friendly and I’d say even experienced friendly because it comes with everything you need. It’s like I said it’s a very good quality. The cloth that it came with the only thing that weirded me out was it had different types of nails in the center of it, which is kind of weird. I get skeptical and weirded out by things like that so I did not like that it was folded in the middle of the cloth. I feel like they should’ve put it to where you could see because you could easily push down, hurt yourself because it has like nails hanging out of it. It’s kind of weird in hard to explain.
