I wasn’t sure I thought this would actually do anything but have been pleased with the results, having used this each morning (they recommend twice daily but I personally haven’t needed that) for the last couple of days. It felt as though it had helped move fluids from my bottom eyelids and made my eyes feel less puffy. It says to put the head in hot water for 1 minute, which I tried and it does get warm. But it says to use it for 3 minutes each eye. It only stays warm for about a minute (4 star) but I have found that to be enough. The wand itself is well balanced and the roller moves easily and glides over the eye area. No need to use any pressure. I like the pop open pouch (squeeze both top sides) for storage which is well made.

This eyelid massage wand feels heavenly on my dry puffy eyelids, both upper and lower. Even at room temp it’s nice and cool…so soothing. But for a real kick, pop it in the fridge for a bit then use it. The steel stays cold for a good while and it feels great. I’ve also used it across my lower forehead when I’ve had a sinus headache and it works nicely for that too. The tool has some heft to it, very sturdy. Also it comes with a nice storage pouch.

This is a really high quality hefty item, not cheap plastic-y stuff. It even comes with a sensible storage pouch! I’m prone to styles and eye infections so was excited to give this gadget a try. It feels comfortable to use and it rolls smoothly. The only thing giving me pause is that it doesn’t hold heat as long as I’d like it too, ideally you should have a cup of hot water next to you if you’d like to use it for an extended period. However, I really enjoy this device and think it feels nice even when using in the eyelid and undereye areas, it feels kind of calming. I will continue to use it and decide how I feel about it longterm. I’m sure you can use it cold too!

This massage wand is super helpful. It’s glad smoothly and has a nice shape to it. It’s very easy to use and works nicely on my skin and face. It’s smooth and easy to clean. It also comes with a pouch that flexes open and closes very easily. It’s easy to hold on to and really works for relaxing me. This item perform the way I expected it to overall. It’s well made and lightweight.

This eyelid roller works really well for relieving dry eye discomfort and helping with clogged oil glands. The warm option is great for loosening blockages, and the cooling option feels amazing for reducing puffiness and irritation. Works well with applying skincare gently around the eye area too. The quality is excellent — it feels sturdy, well-made, and durable. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and simple to use daily. I also love how compact it is for travel or keeping in a makeup bag.
Overall, this is a well-designed, effective tool, and I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with styes, MGD, or eye discomfort.

Jepiu Metal Eyelid Massage Wand is a great tool to have on hand. Growing up we always had to use metal spoons to aid in healing styes, so this eyelid massage wand is a huge upgrade. I’m happy I found it.
The eyelid massage wand is well-designed and easy to use to aid in drainage for blocked glands. The wand can be warmed in hot water for optimal results. An added bonus is that this wand can also be used for skincare benefits, especially if cooled in the freezer. Overall this is an awesome inexpensive eyelid massage wand that I would highly recommend.

This little metal eye roller is one of those simple things that ends up living in your makeup bag because it just works. It’s a great size for both daily use and travel, and it feels ridiculously good on tired, puffy eyes. Between allergies, heat, and just…getting older 😅, my eyes puff up pretty easily, and this helps calm them down fast. The metal stays naturally cool (or you can warm it up in water), which makes it feel relaxing instead of pokey or medical.
Pros
*Perfect size for using at home or tossing in a bag
*Feels amazing on puffy, tired eyes (very spa-like)
*Metal stays cool naturally, or can be warmed if you prefer
*Easy to sanitize, which is great since my daughter can also use it for a clogged gland
*Lightweight but doesn’t feel flimsy
*Simple, no batteries, no fuss
Cons
*none
