I’m really happy with these LED candles! 🕯️✨ They look beautiful and realistic, especially with the flickering flame and embedded star string lights inside — it gives such a cozy, romantic glow. The grey acrylic shell is sleek and stable, so they look great whether I’m using them for home décor or creating a relaxing atmosphere at night.
The built-in timer function is super convenient — I don’t have to worry about turning them on and off every day. Just set it once and enjoy the glow when you want it! Battery life has been great so far too.

So I got these lights yesterday and only two of the five seem to turn on at all (which is why I’ve given it 2 stars). I’ve tried troubleshooting with batteries and even verified it wasn’t a battery issue by swapping batteries with one that worked. Unfortunately there’s no way to disassemble them (at least to my knowledge) to try and troubleshoot or even see what the problem is, so if you get a dud you’re stuck.
That being said, the two that work look great and are exactly what I was going for. The flickering effect looks good and it’s a nice soft orange light. It should be noted the string lights are white light, so those aren’t quite as soft on the eyes. The case around the “candle” is plastic, so you generally shouldn’t have to worry about them being fragile, plus they’re very light. Overall if they worked I would’ve said they’re great for the money, but because only two would turn on after troubleshooting every way I could, I’m forced to give it a lower rating.
Update: A day after posting this review the seller reached out and offered to send a new set for free as compensation. If they work I will update the review accordingly. As stated above, the 2 that worked from this batch have been working great and I’m looking forward to getting a complete set!
Update 2: I received the first set of lights just 4 days ago and already I have the replacement set with all lights working. They look wonderful and are exactly what I was hoping for. The seller reached out to me and made it right, and because these all work as intended I’m going to chalk up the last set as a bad batch and set my rating up to a 5 star. If you happen to get a bad batch like I did they will take care of you and do so quickly. I would definitely recommend this to someone setting up a romantic “candle-lit” setting since my wife loves them.

I was excited to receive these, however not all of the candles lit up. I originally placed new batteries in them, so I know its not due to weak batteries. I am so disappointed. You really expect something to work when you purchase it, but not in this case. There is no way to attempt to “fix it”. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars cause they are very pretty when lit up.

Unfortunately the remote does not work. Very disheartening. After reading more reviews not sure now if it is the remote or candles themselves. Not my batteries as they are all new. Only way they work is manual off/on.

It’s hard for me to describe just how much I like this product!! I searched for a long time for a battery operated candle with some style to it – not just a hunk of plastic with a cheesy yellow flame. Then I found this set and I am so pleased with everything about it. It comes in a set of 5 candles; 3 of staggered height and two of the same height. Each candle takes 2 AA batteries. It also comes with a remote that turns the candles on/off, from flicker to steady, bright to dim settings, and a timer(2/4/6/8 hours). But the BEST part is that once you turn them on and set a timer, they will GO ON AND OFF AT THAT EXACT TIME every day!! How cool is that?? I have 3 on my fireplace mantel, one in a little lantern on an outside covered deck and the 5th one I kind of move around. I don’t even need the remote unless I want to change the time they come on and for how long they stay lit. They are simply beautiful and the color of the flickering flame is quite realistic. Such a great value for your money! I like these so much that I am probably going to order another set and plan on giving some as gifts throughout the year. Buy these – you won’t regret it! (Regarding battery life, it’s going to depend on what kind of AA batteries you are using, how long you have the candles on and at what brightness level)

WOW…What a great product!!! I love mine. My other candles went out after 2 years of Autumn use. I paid a lot more for those than I did for these and these look so great. PLUS….a remote control. THis is a no brainer!!! 🙂 Enjoy this product guys!!!

There is an option to turn the ring of lights that runs inside the container off which is another cool feature. You can also switch from flickering mode to just “light” mode and there’s 4 separate timer options from 2-8 hours. They all arrived in good condition, but they don’t feel extremely durable. Haven’t got to try out the battery life yet.

Each candles can be individually turned on and off on their bottom and afterwards controlled with the remote. If the set makes it through this season it was already worth it as the price was lower than 5 vax candles in this size. Safe option with kids and pets and in houses with sensitive smoke alarm.

They do take a lot of batteries, but they are very pretty. The plastic does crack if they are dropped, I unfortunately had that happen to one of them. I would say the sale price I got them at was quite the value for quality of the candles. The lights are not very bright, they’re more decorative light or ambient I guess. Honestly fantastic! I purchased these for the holidays, I hadn’t realized I could put them on a timer until more recently. The timer is accurate, every night at the same time they come on. Definitely a good value, bright and cute! They seem durable too. My cat pushed one off of the table and it survived.
