Shipped on time, appears cheaply made (wrinkled label), smell is so so, label says it is made by a technology company, was advertised as having a dropper but clearly doesn’t (it’s one of the ones you have to shake to get liquid out). Overall I think you are better off paying a few dollars more for quality.

I’m so happy I was able to find this sandalwood essential oil. When I first opened the bottle, I was very weary because it was slightly pungent. But a lot of essential oils smell different when they’re in a bottle or concentrated, instead of being diffused or diluted in carrier oils, so I gave it a try in my brand new diffuser that’s never been used to really see how it would smell. After adding few drops into the diffuser, the essential oil smelled heavenly! It is sweet and woody and rich. I also rubbed a little of this essential oil on my sandalwood bracelet to refresh its aroma and my bracelet smells like new sandalwood beads again! So happy with this essential oil. I just purchased Indian Sandalwood from Phatoil to see which sandalwood scent I would prefer, but I will definitely be buying more!

The quality of the smaller bottles might be a bit better, but at about three times the price overall. This selection was pretty decent quality for black pepper and upon sampling it, if there was a chemical tinge it was minimal. I have bought two bottles of oil from other brands that were OUTRIGHT SCAMS – one was misrepresentation and the other probably just mineral oil like used for baby oil. This one was great. If you only need a small amount you might consider a 1oz specialty bottle, but I see no problem with this offering – at least the black pepper variation.

This works great in my mist machine. There is a big difference in the smell of sandalwood and Australian sandalwood. The latter smells so much better. Quality of the oil, packaging and dropper all great.

As a fragrance enthusiast who enjoys vanilla and gourmand scents, I had high hopes for this oil.
I gave this oil a real shot. I tested it using a clay burner, a ceramic burner, and a diffuser—hoping it might redeem itself in a different setting. Each time, it failed the enjoyable scent test—massively.
The scent is not appealing, not inviting, and certainly not enjoyable. It has that unmistakable cheap, artificial vanilla smell—harsh, synthetic, and headache-inducing. And that’s coming from someone who is not sensitive to smells and is very accustomed to strong, high-quality oils and perfumes.
The only positives are the bottle and the dropper—both look nice and function well. However, even the label arrived wrinkled, which takes away from the product’s overall presentation. It’s a small thing, but when a brand claims to be “premium,” aesthetics matter.
Despite the “Amazon’s Choice” badge, this oil missed the mark in every meaningful way.
