First off this bag looks packaged well and like it would be good tea but once getting the bag opened which is extremely small and hard to open there is almost zero smell. I have a great nose and typically with loose leaf it should be more potent not less because it’s fresher in theory. I allowed my tea to steep for 8 minutes in boiling water using over the recommended amount because I like my tea stronger than most but it had almost zero flavor and the flavor I got was almost all chamomile and no lavender. I tried two cups and had the same experience both times. Unfortunately I will not recommend.

I totally love the flavor and scent of this tea (not sure what “warmth” means, so I didn’t rate that). I make a 16-ounce mug each morning, however, and one of these bags will last less than a week. Sometime I’ll try to scout out a better deal on chamomile and lavender in bulk, but for now I’m happy to pay a bit more for the convenience of what really is a very nice blend. The packaging is nice, too, with a very solid zip-lock seal.

Never tried chamomile, and I have been getting into a lot of herbal tea. So I said what the heck, why not give it a try? They got here a day before it was supposed to, which is always a nice treat. Unfortunately, I did not steep it long enough. But there is flavor. Don’t believe all the other reviews that are telling you this thing has no flavor…. I barely let it steep for three minutes and it has a lot of flavor.
With that being said, I don’t think there was enough sugar to it. So I added more.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! She drinks it basically every day using a loose-leaf basket. We are just a month out of Christmas and she’s already used half the container. She is an absolute tea connoisseur, and this is her favorite at the moment. The color is vibrant which speaks to its freshness and the flavor is great with the combo of lavender and chamomile. Perfect bedtime or relaxation tea.
The packaging is exceptional, it is a high quality tin with a swing top lid that seals nicely but is very easy to open and close. Additionally it has a great little viewing window on the side to show you how much you have used, and I’m sure in my case when I will need to re-order for her. I’m honestly already planning other uses for the container once the tea itself is gone.
