I love stones in their natural raw state because they are beautiful rock and each one unique, so I ordered this crystal cluster geode. The green fluorite crystal is not polished but still has some sparkle in its natural state. This geode is less than a pound in weight and varying size dimensions with largest approximately 4 inches. The top side is rough and has more of the visible dark varying green color while the sides and back of the stone are less rough and uneven portraying a whitish green; back is more flat so that it can be displayed better. I’ve placed it beside a flower pot by the window where it compliments the pot and has a little shine when the sun hits it. The purple satin bag is nice if gifting, but since I’m not, I’ll use for something else.

In the case of mine, it looks like material was added to it as well. It weighs within the stated weight range, but I wonder what the case was before the extra material was added. It kind of takes away from it being a natural crystal cluster with it having a man made addition to it. It’s still a cool looking specimen, but I would have preferred it without the backing. This specimen is pretty flat and you can see the chalky white bit all around it. I wish this would have been also mentioned in the listing if this was a common practice.

Actual crystal amount vastly less than shown in pictures, but quality of what is available is beautiful, and rich in green color.
