This can of Wild Planet dark tuna in oil plus mixed vegetables makes for a great lunch when time is tight or preparing food is just too much. ( I add a side of defrosted broccoli or string beans)Also appreciate the low or no sugar. I like that the can & paper over wrap are all recyclable. Just a quibble, how about using a bit less oil ? Extra fluid is left in the can after removing the food from the can. Is it all oil or something else.

It’s quite good, but not worth the money. The portions are way too small and will not fill up a grown adult. If price is lowered, I would recommend it.

These tuna salad combos are among my favorite go-to lunch items. They’re a little pricey, but they’re satisfying and very flavorful. When you empty them onto a plate (e.g., on a bed of lettuce) or into a bowl, you realize that there’s more to them than meets the eye. I like the white bean salad and quinoa salad varieties the best. The red bean salad is a little too spicy for me.

Blend is fresh and flavorful.
I will be reordering from this company often.

Since I discovered how wonderful it is to eat this meal, now I always have several cans in my pantry.

These arent bad. There are three different types, one with beans, one with quinoa, one with pasta and they’re pretty high-quality for being shelf ready. Something I have at work when I forget lunch or need a quick option on a long day

To preface my review I highly enjoy tinned fish and all tinned savory salads with beans and grains, I think it’s such a fun quick lunch or snack option but sadly I was disappointed with this product. Upon peeling the top layer I saw brown and bit sad murky colored everything underneath, did not expect that tone even though nothing smells off and I knew it was fine but it did not look appetizing at all. I think a brand called Freshe does a better job with this type of concept.
Color tone aside most of the issues are with texture and bland lackluster flavor the whole salad has, the peas were canned before they were put into this vacuum sealed can, so extra mushy type, the rest of the veg was very soft and quinoa was just okay and it was the only thing with the tiniest bit of texture to it, everything else was very pulpy. The tuna nothing special but edible, had a reddish tint which you saw once you tipped the whole thing over into a bowl, in my opinion it needed help.
I did add some lemon, flaky salt and tiny bit of dill mayo to it and that did made it “better”. I ate it because I was hungry and in a rush but I wouldn’t repeat this experience. End of the world food okay sure, something I buy on my own again, no.

This is a great quick yummy and portable lunch. I like to take it with me when I go on day bike trips, to the beach or art workshops. Lots of protein and good fats. I really like the flavor and sometimes crave it.

Not bad at all. Tasty, as a matter of fact, and served in a container that’s actually easy to open and eat from.
