Small, looks nothing like the picture. 2 enchiladas that are near empty inside. no bed of rice and beans like you see in the picture. Small amount of filling inside the enchiladas which is 80% rice. Entire dish has about a teaspoon of sauce. Way overpriced should be like 3 bucks max.

I guess they change the recipe a little with each batch. What I got was well proportioned, but quite spicy. A bit too spicy if I’m honest. For the price it’s a decent quick meal. It definitely made me wish for a bit of cream sauce or a dollop of sour cream to balance the spice.

Not good at all. The first thing I noticed was a distinct sour scent. When I tasted it, it didn’t seem bad, just…not well made.
The sauce was the cause of the sour scent. Gross. It wasn’t a bit spicy but no real flavor. The chicken was a paste. It wasn’t chicken at all. Probably ground up unwanted pieces. Very little rice and beans.
Overall? I’d say you’re better off opening a can of chicken chunks and adding sauce to it than this. I don’t know that I’d buy this again even if it was a dollar. Just not good tasting or healthy at all.

This was absolutely delicious! The portion was perfect. I loved the cilantro rice and beans. The flavor was on point and the rice tasted like I had just made it. I did sprinkle a bit of seasoning on the enchiladas, but that’s nothing against them. I just like a bit more pizazz. Most people would think they were plenty flavorful. The chicken was tasty and tender. I often work late and I like to have one or two ready meals on hand so I don’t have to cook at 10:30 – 11. Normally I go with something frozen, but I think I’ll keep one of these around regularly. Will definitely buy again.

These Amazon Kitchen meals are generous and pretty good. At roughly $8, they are also a good deal. If they had a bigger selection, I wouldn’t be subscribed to a prepared meal service….or I might be ordering the minimum number for delivery each week and filling in the other two or three dinners with these..

lovely fresh food easy to make love the container it comes in for up cycling unfortunately it has a little bit of a funny taste and I believe it’s from the fact they used dried cilantro instead of fresh cilantro I love cilantro but I’ve never really used dried cilantro so now I understand why people don’t like cilantro the sauce was great but the rice I didn’t enjoy because of the dried cilantro but the freshness the quality tortilla the food was lovely and the price is very fair

The Amazon chipotle chicken enchiladas are delicious. Spicy (I’m a Texan so that’s perfect!) and really flavorful. I did microwave it for 3.5 minutes, not the 2 minutes suggested.

I have never had an enchilada, and this was a disappointment. It states chicken, barely there and it was bland.the inside was mostly rice. Few beans, we’re they just decorative? The sauce bland. I do NOT suggest this product, easy to warm but texture and taste horrible.
