I primarily use this product to enhance the flavor of my Seitan and for marinating my soycurls. Additionally, I often purchase Hime Japanese Dried Ramen Ramyun Noodles as a base for my soups. The spicy variety of this product is genuinely fiery and makes for an excellent choice. The beef flavor is quite good as well, though I must say, the chicken flavor doesn’t quite hit the mark for me.

I do not recommend using a full tablespoon as the package suggests. Did that the first time and regretted it! The second time, I tried a half tablespoon and half of the regular (chicken) seasoning that came with my noodles. That was much better and did help balance out the sweet note, like I’d hoped.
I’m excited to find this! The thing I’ve missed the most since becoming gluten intolerant is Spicy Korean Ramen. (Especially since most of the noodles I’ve tried in the past are nothing like real ramen—I only recently found Bami and Real Naturals, which have the same mouth feel as ramen!)

I’ve tried the chicken and the beef flavors. The chicken tasted good and so did the beef, although the beef is quite spicy. I’m happy with these and will be ordering more going forward.

Very tasty seasoning for our ramen! A little spicy but adds great flavor to our ramen. If using instant ramen, this is much better than the seasoning packet include in the package.

Great seasoning. Ive added it to beef or chicken broth or water and it is actually better in plain water. Very flavorful. Makes great ramen.

I bought a variety of these for my kids for Christmas for their ramen kits and they LOVE them. They have a great kick of heat and the flavor is spot on. I love that they are gluten free so my celiac kid can eat ramen. Much more cost effective than buying those prepackaged ramen packets. It’s now on subscribe and save!

This seasoning is really good as an additive to soup. It made the soup spicier without giving a bad flavor. However, the base on its own it isn’t very good if you’re looking for a rich spicy ramen seasoning. It was gluten free though so that’s a plus. Will definitely be using it, but I recommend only using it to add spice instead of using it for the whole flavor
