We love pappy’s. I use it as a base for most of my dry rubs and is also good by itself. Flavor reminds me of a laweys season all but a little sweet with chunks of pepper corn. No heat to it, unless you are sensitive to black pepper. showed up nicely sealed and exactly how you would find it in the stores.

I discovered this seasoning when I lived in California. It is the perfect rub for tri-tip roasts and steaks or anything on the grill. Moved to Texas more than twenty years ago and still order more whenever I run out as have never found a better substitute!

I never knew about this seasoning. A week ago, we went to our sister-in-law’s house for dinner with the family. She prepared delicious dishes. We asked her what seasoning she used. She said she had only one powerful secret seasoning and showed us the big bottle. She absolutely recommended it to us. I took a picture of the bottle for our records.
The next day, I researched Amazon for an immediate order with two-day delivery, ready for cooking and seasoning chicken broiler with the Champion seasoning.

As part of an effort to reduce inflammation we are eating a lot of salmon, which I’ve always enjoyed, and enjoy even more as we’ve been using this. Really highlights the flavor. Will be at the front of our spice cabinet.
