I am always looking for healthy choices without forgoing flavor. This product gets five stars for consistency, five stars for flavor, and five stars for being the absolute best in a no-salt seasoning product. I have tested this product on every kind of food imaginable and it always comes up as superb in all of the above categories.

I use this great seasoning almost every day. This may sound weird but, I use it to season my eggs. I also use it to season spinach and other vegetables. If you like mustard (I don’t) they also have a version that contains mustard. I think that they may make more varieties than those two but, I’m not sure.

on a South Beach diet recipe this spice was required. I discovered it has different varieties. Meat , vegetables, no salt etc
It’s all organic and the mixture of spices are absolutely impressive. I love to cook and believe I’m good at it. This adds so much to my old recipe’s.
It’s not easy to find in the store but you can order it online at Walmart or Amazon. Watch your pricing because they are different. It’s the best seasoning. I now use it in everything. The meat one covers every kind of meat you wouldn’t believe adding so much extra flavor to your regular recipes and the vegetable one brings out a spark especially using for roasted vegetables it’s amazing I tried if I were you.

This is the BEST LOW SODIUM SALT THAT TASTE WONDERFUL for people like me who have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE & can’t have a lot of sodium.
I have been using this SPIKE VEGIT IN THE YELLOW BOX for about 20 yrs now and have shared it with my friends & family & they LOVE , LOVE , LOVE it‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE NOTE I SAID THE YELLOW BOX OR YELLOW GLASS SHAKER because i have tried all the others and they don’t taste as good & some have more sodium and one box has no sodium but to me DOESN’T TASTE GOOD ‼️IT has about 20mg of sodium to about 1/4 teaspoon but i use LOADS of it and it DOESN’T ELEVATE MY BLOOD PRESSURE ‼️
The YELLOW box is LOW SODIUM, TASTE GREAT AND IS MIXED WITH HERBS & DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES along with beet powder, mushroom powder and yeast . The yeast in this product is NOT the bad yeast it is apparently the nutritional yeast so all mix well together & taste WONDERFUL , So apparently doesnt cause yeast infections in the body as i have NOT had that problem at all after almost 20 years of use .I have not been paid for this review i wrote it to help people like me who was looking for a seasoning to help with HBP that makes food taste good .
To season my meats I use the yellow box of SPIKE SEASONING along with GARLIC POWDER , ONION POWDER, and a little PEPPER & let the meat season over nite or for at least 3 hrs in the refrigerator & it allows the seasoning to go straight through to the bone and it is WONDERFUL TASTING ‼️‼️‼️ I also use the same 4 seasonings with all my foods i cook vegetables, spaghetti, soups , stews etc .So don’t hesitate to buy but enjoy .I’m glad Amazon has it because its hard to find .Sometimes Iherb, & Vita cost has it or u can order directly from the Modern Co that makes it
THERE IS ONE CAUTION IT DOES HAVE A LITTLE SOY IN IT FOR PEOPLE WHO CANT HAVE SOY ‼️
