Reddit users swear by the quality of these multivitamins. I like that they have fish oil. I accidentally purchased the regular multi (instead of the For Men variety) but it seemed to be fine.i took those for 10 months and now I am taking this FOR MEN variety.
Only thing that sucks is I do still need to supplement my biotin and vitamin E (hair, skin, and nails supplement), and also a glucosamine chondroitin supplement (for my joints). But I don’t mind buying those other pills and taking it on top of this multivitamin.
I was having issues with my nails, for reasons I do not know, and my joints because I run 50+ miles per week. This multivitamin by itself was not able to fully remedy those issues. However, I will continue to buy and take them 🤙

Amazing vitamins at an amazing price. I used to take liquid vitamins but it’s to expensive. I get close to the same vitamin buzz off these and they are cheaper than the store bought all in ones that do almost nothing. Easy to swallow but I never have issues with pills. Overall they are very effective, they do taste and smell like multivitamins, the size is fine for me but might be large for some. Energy levels and sleep are almost as good as liquid or high end separate gel caps.

First, these are really easy to swallow because they are liquid gel capsules and are smooth, ovlong, not too large, and slide down easily. They absorb better because the vitamins are already dissolved into an oil inside. There is no funny smell. They have the perfect ratio of all the necessary vitamins needed in a good complete multivitamin. I take one daily with food. These give me energy all day and make my hair and nails grow thicker and faster. I can tell they are working! Great product. Everything made by Bulksupplements is of the highest quality. I love this brand; it is the best!

I wanted to like these because the price and dosage are both great compared to other brands. Unfortunately, after a few weeks I noticed some breakouts that I think were connected to the vitamins (I have pretty sensitive skin, so that may not affect everyone).
That said, my dad also started taking them and really likes them no issues at all on his end. He’s already re-ordered, and he agrees BulkSupplements has some of the best prices out there for bulk vitamins.
Overall, I’d still recommend these for anyone looking for a solid daily multivitamin at a fair price just keep in mind that if you’re prone to skin sensitivity like me, they might not be the best fit.

The issue in general with MV is that you can only fit so much into a pill before it becomes comically oversize, it shouldn’t have too much overlap with what should be standalone supplements due to be dangerous at high dosage and in safer forms.
BS’ MV has;
-Vitamin A in beta carotene for vision and safer then straight up Vita A.
-Vitamin B complex for energy
-Vitamin C which is cheap but it’s used for everything
-Vitamin D3 which is good if you’re not taking anything else but should be careful as it can accumulate if you take another forms
-Not enough but some omega 3 DHA but a full serving should be taken separately because it hits the too big fit into one pill problem (The actual recommended does would be 2-4x of these pills)
-Iron, Selenium, boron, etc which are nice to have but easy to miss in your diet
For the price it hits a nice balance of things that would actually be useful basically 10-month worth of a grab bag of things that will be helpful. MV cannot and will catchall for your health.
Consider also getting Omega 3, choline, and magnesium glycinate.

Been using for nearly 300 days now and am about to replace it. It’s a multi vitamin. From my experience, there is never anything fancy/outstanding about one, even the more expensive powders. May be just me. I’ve not experienced any adverse effects from the product. Like some others have mentioned, the pills stick together sometimes. Maybe the last 2 weeks or so of the bottle they have for me, but that’s fine. It’s a 300 day supply, and they are gel coated. It’s going to happen.
