We use olive oil in all cooking. Moreover, every morning as part of my health diet; we do a shot glass of atlas olive oil with chia seeds and cayenne pepper. This remedy has great benefits for cardiovascular health, high blood pressure and many more. Make sure to mix 2 table spoon of Atlas Olive Oil, with 2 teaspoons of chia seed, and 2-3 dashes of cayenne pepper in a shot glass, stir couple of times, let is mix up for 20 mins. I could not wait to taste this olive oil oil, which was toasted online as being so top-of-the-line and delicious and I am happy to say I was not disappointed. It’s difficult to describe the taste without comparing it to a normal cold press olive oil so I will go out on a win and say it has a deep almost nutty, fruity flavor that put it over the top. I have tasted many different brands of olive oil in the past in different countries, and this one in a word is simply superb. I would never dare to swallow a teaspoon of olive oil, but I would not hesitate in this case, as it is really delicious on its own and when used in combination with other foods. I haven’t tried it yet, but I can just imagine using it with a few herbs and dipping a crusty brioche in it. I don’t think I would stop at 1 teaspoon. I highly recommend this extremely tasty product. It arrived quickly and very well wrapped in a lovely dark glass bottle as promised. Years ago, I would’ve hesitated to spend a great amount of money just for olive oil, but I have learned that you get what you pay for and this one as well worth the price.

An excellent, versatile olive oil. We use it for cooking, on baked potatoes, on salads, for dunking bread and more! Being grown and harvested in Morocco, where weather is harsh, means it is the highest in polyphenols and anti-oxidants. It’s flavor is very mild.
It is suggested by some to take a tablespoon of this type olive oil daily for health. While I’m certainly no doctor, I can’t see any danger in doing so. After all, it is organic, and it’s super-high in vital nutrients.
The bottle is made from a very dark glass, not plastic. The dark glass protects the oil from light, which could degrade the oil. We keep some of it conveniently on the kitchen counter, in a dark amber glass cruet.

I take a tablespoon of this each night because a few friends and articles said the source is from one farm in the Atlas mountains in Morocco. While olive oil in general is healthy, this brand and source is supposedly superior to all other extra virgin olive oils for it rich polyphenols. Can’t tell is it makes a difference but so farm I have no had any bad effects. I mostly take it with a spoon of in salads. I haven’t tried cooking with it. It tastes fine alone.

This olive oil is soooooo good! I take a gulp at night before bed, straight out of the bottle, and you can taste the quality. For me, it’s a bit too pricey for cooking, since I use a fair amount, but for straight ingestion it’s worth the price.

Amazing and I mean down right amazing, clean , taste amazing, no pungent smell and it’s not fake olive oil .
I use it for everything cooking, skin care, I coat my hair in this olive oil over night and shampoo the next day washing twice , which makes my hair beautiful , healthy, shines I even take a spoonful every day .
So if I could I would place a 10 star on this product.

I bought Atlas Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil after reading that it was an early-harvest oil, but it seems like a late harvest that is very ripe because the flavor lacks the throat burn and has a very ripe taste that is smooth and mild and not peppery.
Perhaps for cooking it will work well, and the smell and flavor are clean and pleasant, and it works great for that if you are after a mild flavor.
If you prefer a bold, peppery finish since it is linked to higher phenolics, this may be too mellow.
Overall, solid EVOO, just not as pungent as expected.

Hubby started taking a spoonful daily for health reasons, on the advice from a local when we visited Türkiye. He says it’s easy to take, has no taste. I haven’t cooked with it yet but will.
Has everything you look for in olive oil: dark glass to protect it, cold press, organic EVOO, and tons of bona fides on the back label. Even claims Michelin rate chefs prefer it!
What’s funny is that Italy and Türkiye have a friendly competition for who produces the BEST olive oil but this bottle hails from Morocco.

I have been using EVOO in my dressings and cooking for years. I was raised by a “health nut” and even worked in a weight loss clinic. I recently did a lot of reading regarding polyphenols and the health benefits of EVOO. I love a peppery taste and need some antioxidant relief.
This was my first online food order ever. I read the reviews and the stats before choosing Atlas. A few said theirs arrived rancid. I have to be completely honest. I THINK mine is as it is supposed to be. It is unlike any other I have tasted. It truly has a peppery finish! I LOVE pepper, but it is a bit of a scratchy slight burning sensation in the back of my throat. It is golden in color. I like the flavor in dressings and do not taste it when frying.
I’m confused by these statistics:
Cultivars Old bicentenary orchard Picholine du Languedoc (French variety, 80%), Picholine Marocaine (Moroccan variety, 10%), Menara (Moroccan variety, 2%), Haouzia (Moroccan variety, 2%), Chemlali (Tunisian, 2%), Dahbia (Moroccan variety, 4%) / modern orchard Arbequina (Spanish variety, 84%) and Arbossana (Spanish variety, 16%). Does this mean there are multiple varieties of olives in this mix? Does this also mean it’s made with olives from a bunch of different groves?
It is pricier than the ones at my local grocery store. I am going to try Graza which I just saw in the big W store and I will compare. I think that comes in two different types.
I nearly forgot to mention, this oil comes out slowly, although it doesn’t seem super viscous. It has a plastic insert that stops it from pouring too fast. It’s in a dark glass bottle which can keep a fine (or cheap) wine from turning to vinegar or an oil from turning rancid. It was delivered in enough bubble wrap to have been able to drop it off my deck and it would have been unbroken. Very safe and secure!
