Tough tension and sharp neck pain was slowing me down and honestly, creating a beastly person. It’s portable, lightweight, easy to use and durable despite being a two piece. Concern with the two piece was there was a risk it would create a wobble effect, not at all the case. I haven’t been able to move my neck w/o sharp pain in over a year. I didn’t realize I was in so much pain until I got this, worked my knots and felt relief. The relief is significant and people should know. Only purchased a few day ago but truly significant results.

This is a must have. I don’t know why we lived so long without. Admittedly I had seen one of these a lo my time ago in a store and tried it. It seemed nice but one of our friends had one and said how much they loved it so though we would give it another try. I often catch my husband on a phone call walking around with it using it to massage between his shoulder blades. This one I especially love as it is very sturdy. We also love that it is two pieces for easy storage if we took it with us camping or traveling. Seems to be the perfect size for us and is very effective at massaging different areas of the back, neck, feet, and legs.

Plastic is quite solid and easy to put together. I was concerned with reviews that say this thing breaks, but unless you abusing this thing, hard for it to snap. The diagrams are not the easiest to follow. You have to just play around with the tool yourself to relieve your pressure points. Doesn’t take up a lot of space in a suitcase if you want to travel with it

A friend turned me to this, and I am wondering why it is not a tool recommended by medical doctors, chiropractors, osteopaths – you-name-those who are supposed to help you.
I can get to knots in my back that I could not reach (and one of the above “experts” figured out), I can adjust the pressure, angle, work with the fascia – and the design is amazing, you can use it on legs, neck, arms. Should save a lot of money on massages.

WHY I ORDERED THIS:
– I am having a lot of shoulder and shoulder blade muscle and tendon pain.
– This looked like something that would be helpful for the pain, tightness and muscle knots.
– I ordered it in the Pink Lavender color, which is nice.
THE GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS:
– This Massager tool has been very helpful for me, especially in reaching my back and shoulder blades.
– I keep this Pink Lavender one in my bedroom by my bed for use before I go to sleep.
– I liked it so much that I bought another one in the Yellow color to use at my home office work-desk.
– These are very easy to assemble, just snap the 2 pieces together.
– The sections where the 2 pieces go together is quite sturdy and better reinforced than I had expected.
– This Massage tool is easy to hold, with a comfortable gripping texture so it is not slippery!
– I love all the different Massage nodes, but I use the large cane one the most.
– The Massage Tool is awesome for reaching my back without having to raise my arm or strain my injured shoulder!
THE NOT SO GOOD STUFF ABOUT THIS:
– So far nothing really negative to say.
– I did need to use one of my nail files to file down a couple rough edge seams on both of the tools, then they were both perfect for my needs.
CONCLUSION:
– I love these Massager Tools! They work great for reaching areas like back, shoulders and shoulder blade areas.
– I am super happy with both of mine.
– I do hope some more fun colors will come back soon, as I may even order a 3’d one to keep in my living room by my couch.

this is an amazing product. i have mid back pain just left to the spine and i was able to press those points with it. when i would turn my neck right or left it would hurt a lot. i do stretches everyday but this thing opened up the knots it seemed. better than the accupuncturist i have been seeing. now i can move my neck more to the left or right plus i do find a big difference after using it for just 30 minutes. will be using it all the time and it can be assembled in 2 pieces so will take it with me when i travel.

This does exactly what it says it would. Half the price of the one they showed me at physical therapy and just as good. So easy to use and incredibly effective at targeting the trigger points. I use it while watching TV. It arrived the day after I ordered it.

Out of all the weird stuff I’ve tried over the years for tension in my back, this low tech tool ironically gives me the most relief. Like most of you, I’ve tried back massagers, neck massagers, and a bunch of things that require a power source or battery to operate. Those help relax muscles, but they don’t straight up relieve tension like this “cane” does.
For the more scientific minded folks out there, this is basically a “tennis ball on a stick” tool. Any major relief you would get using tennis ball exercises and rolling them against a wall or floor is exactly the same relief this cane brings. So in other words, you get to control where the “tennis ball” is at and where it’s targeting.
I’m pretty skinny and short at 5’6″, so this cane for me was able to reach almost all around my body. If you have a ton of muscles or heft on you, it should still comfortably reach near your spine if you use it one side at a time.
I had doubts this crude looking thing would do anything, but I am really surprised how well it works.

I bought this to help with random back pain. After the first use, I had a very unexpected surprise.
I’ve suffered from AC Joint pain that needed injections. Because of the AC Joint pain, I’ve started having neck pain.
Anyway, after the first use of this massager in my shoulder blades I noticed a large improvement in my AC Joint pain for some random reason. Then my neck pain went away. Been using it for a few days and the pain is almost unnoticeable.
No idea how this thing is getting rid of my AC Joint pain and neck pain but I’m blown away but how well this thing works.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s honestly magic.
