I enjoy using this roller for muscle tension, especially of my legs, thighs and calves, as well as my upper back, posterior scapula or shoulder blades. I very much like and appreciate the firmness of it. I don’t like foam rollers that break down and get mushy after several uses. It is very effective to relax tight muscles and I also like the small size. I find that small diameter, 3- 4inch foam rollers provide better and more effective relief ot tension pain than large diameter, ie 6 inch foam rollers. I like that I can pack it in suitcase and take it traveling with me, very easily. it is an excellent value and should last indefinitely due to good design and build quality.

For the cost of this roller it isn’t a bad product. The density of it was too soft for my liking and it was too small. It seemed durable but I only used it a couple times. It seemed to also regain its shape after I used it!
