    Took our dog to the Vet yesterday. They take the dog to the back to give shots and draw blood. When the Vet came back with him, the first thing she said was: “What ever you are doing to take care of his teeth, keep doing it. I never see dogs this age (7) with teeth so clean and tarter free.” I told her all we did was add Arm and Hammer Dental care to his water a year ago. She said “Keep doing it!”

    It works really well to keep my 10-year-old dog’s breath not smelling awful. However, after a few weeks, I noticed his stools were too soft often. He didn’t have diarrhea, but it was messy. I gave him probiotics with no improvement. When we stopped putting this in the water bowl, my dog’s stools went back to normal consistency within two days and no problems ever since. My dog was fine the whole two months he was taking this, but I was concerned about his long-term GI health.

    My American Eskie’s breath was so bad that friends/family didn’t want to travel or sit next to her. This product literally wiped her bad breath away and reduced the tartar.

    She has an auto immune disease and can’t get her teeth cleaned. This product removed the dark stains and her bad breath! Truly an impressive product . It’s simple to use, appears to be tasteless, colorless and is an affordable solution.

    When I stop using it her bad breath comes back in a few days, so it’s not a cure, but glad I have found a solid product to improve the dogs oral hygiene that is affordable.

    I have been using this alongside a plaque cookie/treat with my dog and it has made a noticeable difference. I noticed the reviews about soft stool and that is not my experience. I only give about two capfuls max daily so maybe that’s why.

    My dog used to have a very sensitive stomach and doesn’t so much anymore so there was no issue there. Functions just like it’s supposed to and is great for the price you pay. I got this product alongside the treats a few weeks ago and have already gotten a compliment on his teeth by the same family member who pointed out his plaque about two months ago.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Our Husky mix (2½ yrs) and German shepherd (8 yrs) are inside dogs not outside very long and have plenty of shade. I figured its summer and they always eat less this time of year but something was wrong. They started acting lethargic, appetites dropped to a severe level, our german shephard started throwing up and our Husky had been dry heaving several times. The mix was 6 caps in three gallons of water which is approx. 62½.ounces of water per cap, almost 1/8th the recommended dose. Our two cats use the same water bowl but seemed just fine. Our German shepherd started drinking from the toilet which never done before. I have since cleaned the water bowl and 3 gallon bottle, filled with water only and they are getting back to normal. I feel terrible for not doing my research but thank god they’re OK.

    I actually noticed a difference in my dog’s gum and teeth health almost immediately. I wasn’t expecting much of a difference, but I could tell basically the next day that her breath was fresher and her teeth looked whiter. I only used half a capful and brushed her teeth daily with the arm and hammer dog toothpaste and brush, and that seemed to do the trick. Would definitely repurchase and continue using, but sadly, my dog is no longer with us. Great for the time being though. Amazing product.

    I have been this product for 23 days. I was using Petlab for a couple of years. But it wasn’t really working for the two dogs that had the most tartar and was expensive. I decided to try Arm & Hammer from the great reviews. I have been using it for 24 days. The dog’s teeth are white and the tartar is scraping of the dogs teeth. It is an awesome product and the price is a great price for the the job the product does on the dogs teeth.

    It really works. Our dog’s teeth were beginning to get some tartar. We started using this and now the tartar is gone I need to start brushing his teeth also but haven’t been so I know this is what’s working. Highly recommend. He doesn’t seem to notice any taste in his water either. Drinks normally. Will continue to use.

    It does seem to get rid of any kind of colors on the teeth but not entirely in the back where it may not hit as much, I would use this as an addition to other teeth brushing / whitening for healthy ongoing for your dog

    I had been brushing my dog’s teeth for 6 years until he got a slab fracture of his carnassial tooth and needed an extraction. Now he won’t let me brush his teeth. I tried this to use until he would allow me to brush his teeth again and it caused vomiting and diarrhea at the same time.
