I very much like this product. Brushing your dogs teeth is near to impossible if you did not start from day one. This water additive helps allot with the jungle breath. Every time I fill the dog water, I give it a splash of this. The dogs have no issue drinking it. There is a noticeable difference in their breath after a week. One bottle lasts me several months and in the past have gotten it at the local pet store.

I absolutely love this stuff! I have 2 frenchie fur babies whose breath i swear could peel paint off a car. I decided to try this stuff and it has worked fantastic for my pups. My girls are 8 and 1. I’d say I really started to notice after a week. I put one capful in their water every morning and they have no issues with stomach or drinking their water as normal. It has no smell that I can pickup on. Every dog is different I read some reviews were some dogs wouldn’t drink water as they smelled it. Mine haven’t had any issues. I say start with small bottle and see what u think. Can always throw it out. I got the original one. I will continue to buy this and highly recommend trying it! No more dragon breath for these pups!

In her old age, my dogs breath has gotten awful. Her breath didnt used to stink, and we do clean her teeth regularly. Regardless, it stinks!
This water additive works to freshen my her breath. It’s not back to where it was, but it’s significantly better.
About the dosage: our bottle reads “Add 1/2 capful (5ml) to 8oz of water, twice a day.” Based on other things I saw in the description and their website, I decided to email Tropiclean to ask. Here is their response:
“The directive is to add ½ capful PER every 8 oz of water that you use each time you change the water bowl. Most people change the water bowl twice per day. If your dog’s water bowl holds 8 cups of water (64 oz) then the amount of solution required is 4 full capfuls, provided the water bowl is filled up all of the way. Adding only ½ capful for 64 oz would dilute the product to the point of ineffectiveness.”

Product seems to really do the job with my dog’s bad breath! The improvement is amazing! However, the seller did not package it well, and there was too much room in the box for it to bounce around. The box was wet, and when I opened it the cap was shattered into many pieces, and the foil seal was punctured. Part of the product had leaked. I complained to Amazon, but apparently they couldn’t care less. I complained twice, and should have gotten a partial refund for the product that was lost. I tried to contact the seller, but Amazon has a middleman now, and you cannot contact the seller directly, and I guess Amazon never forwarded my complaint, or the seller and Amazon neither one care if you only receive part of your product.

I have tried many water additives, tried Tropiclean fresh breath and it actually improved my dogs deathly rotten breath! Like when he pants, you can smell his breath a mile away that’s how bad it is! Of course you still have to maintain brushing their teeth at least a couple times a week or even using the finger brush. For optimal effectiveness. but when I do not brush his teeth weekly, of course his breath is still sticky, but definitely improvement when I use this water additive so definitely help helps!!!

I order this frequently. I noticed on this latest bottle I received the company changed it to a normal cap. No more push one end down to use the built in spout. You now have to screw the whole cap on and off and watch how much you put in the doggie water dish since it spills out quicker. WHY? To save the company some money? Luckily, I still had the old bottle sitting in my recycling box and I fished it out. I took that cap and will forever keep it to use on all future bottles. It is so much easier with that cap that just needs a push on one end and then squeeze out what you need. This reminds me of when my collagen powder brand decided not to provide the blue scooper anymore :/ Save your cap if you order this product frequently.

This works really well and the best part is my dog doesn’t mind it at all. My dog is 9 years old and about 30 pounds and we started using this about 6 months ago to help with her breath. It’s really easy since you just add it to their water and don’t have to brush their teeth every day. One thing that helped was starting with a smaller amount at first and then working up so she got used to the taste. I’ve definitely noticed her breath is fresher and it’s such an easy thing to add to her routine and I would say it’s safe to use every day as we haven’t had any issues.
