    So… I was recommended to get some sort of chlorella supplement for my dog who is apparently quite the ticket at the dog park and daycare. Bluntly: she was getting mounted at doggie daycare due to being, quote, very nice to everyone and not wanting to give “buzz offs.” A year down, it seems to have really reduced the occurrence to the point that the staff has commented. Otherwise, she gets a glowing bill of health from her vet everytime, she has a super shiny coat, and seems to be pretty healthy.

    You just sprinkle the portion once a day over their food (I use wet for this) for five days on and two days off. The bag contains quite a bit for a 40lb dog. Appreciate that the bag itself reseals easily and that I could get it open without having to cut the zipper in the process. I went specifically with this one due to the quality of the ingredients and it hasn’t let me down yet.

    I got the Chlorella tablets for my cat!! She is obsessed with the algae wafers I feed my cory catfish… and nori seaweed wraps. But mostly the fish food. She craves the decadent flavors of the sea and the richest grass, no doubt! But I don’t think those things are formulated best for a little carnivore’s diet. She loves these, and I’m happy. I usually break one of these in half and give her one. She really loves them.

    I am very pleased with this product that I bought for one of me dogs that has skin allergies that result in a strong body odor. She is on a prescription medication to help with her itching. She had a flare up of her symptoms about 3 weeks ago and I had to bathe her twice a week but even after a day or so her odor would come back despite having tried SO many shampoos! I found this wonderful product when I was researching chlorophyl for dog body odors and purchased it. I liked the fact that it is fermented as this makes it easier for dogs to utilize. She also likes the taste of the pills. After 10 days of giving her the pills I noticed that she didn’t need a bath as she had very little- if any body odor other than the corn chip smell of paws! I was pleasantly shocked and am just so happy to see this result! What itching she does have even with on prescription medication seems less. Was it just that her flare-up was over? I am not sure but am grateful for the change. I am even going to ask the veterinarian if we can try to take her off of the prescription med. That would be ideal.
    My transaction with Holistic Bin was very positive and I have even reordered. I highly recommend them and this product.

    This is not a powder. It is partial powder with large pieces of dried sticks of something. I had to soak in in hot water to soften. I have small dogs and the dry large pieces would get stuck in their throats, Product is not fresh looking and has hardly any smell. Bag is very tiny, can’t see it lasting very long. I’m going to grind it myself. Disappointed!!!
