Ich kenne die Yeowww! Spielzeuge bereits aus den USA und bin froh dass wir sie nun auch im deutschen Amazon Shp erhalten. Meine Katzen lieben die Spielzeuge. Der Duft hält überraschend lange. Auch mit den älteren Yeowww Spielzeugen (3-4 Jahre) wird noch regelmäßig gespielt.

I’m not the only fan for Yeowww! products but my 5 cats are too. Their catnip products are the only ones that makes my cats go crazy. The banana had been their most favourite for a long time but I recently purchased this and it turned out to be a huge hit! Even had them rub against the packaging it came in. It’s much bigger than I thought, thus great for the cats to have a grip on it and bunnykick it ( All of my 5 cats are adult size). On one side it’s a furry texture and the other fabric. Yeowww! has never disappointed me, amazing products and I will buy this one again.

I purchased these kitty cigars because my hair stylist recommended them. She said she’s had them for years, and her cats still go nuts for them. I’ve been looking for a cat toy (for 3 years now) that my cat would really love. Before I adopted him, I had to wait several months for him to heal from a coyote attack. His injuries ultimately left him with only 3 teeth, and a sensitive, hairless neck area due to surgery. I’ve never seen him pick up a toy in his mouth – I imagine because of remembered pain, and the fear of using his mouth to grab anything. Well, this cigar has my sweet Maverick McCarthy using his mouth like any other cat! I’m pretty geeked to see him so excited over this toy which I will be repurchasing. This company has catnip crayons and other adorable toys as well. Their catnip must be pretty good as Maverick hasn’t been nuts over any other catnip I’ve tried. I always rub any catnip between my fingers to bring out the scent, and I did the same with these cigars, rolling it between my fingers before giving to Maverick. I’ve attached a video that shows him playing with the cigar and using his little mouth (and 3 teeth) on it! Miraculous to me.

The Yeowww brand catnip toys are always the most expensive, but for good reason. They’re the highest quality catnip and they’re well-made. The fabric and stitching is more durable than most other brands of similar toys, but that’s not to say it’s indestructible. I have a 27-lb male tabby cat who’s an absolute beast when it comes to ripping things apart with his teeth, and after a few weeks of very rough playing with these toys he inevitably gets the stitching loosened enough to allow for some of the catnip to start falling out. Still, that’s much longer than any of the other brands of cat toys can withstand his aggressive chewing and tugging every which way.
As with all the Yeowww catnip toys, these are stuffed and packed very densely with catnip, which makes them fairly stiff when they’re brand new. They do loosen up to become softer and more pliable after a few days of use.
The only reason I’m giving this particular toy, the candy cane design, four stars instead of five is because none of my cats had much interest in this toy after the novelty of the first day wore off. I’m not sure why they don’t seem to enjoy this one the way they do with the banana, carrot, and others made by Yeowww.
It still makes for a cute Christmas gift though!

All of my cats love Yeowww catnip toys and I have yet to find one to which they show any ambivalence – it is always love, probably because the catnip used is so strong. This toy is no exception and is regularly chewed by the youngest cat as she gets the catnip ‘ready’ for the others – the catnip seems to get even more potent (if that is possible) once a cat has chewed a toy for a while.
The fabric is nice and thick with stitching that is strong enough to withstand a daily attack from my three cats; the youngest does eventually manage to pierce the fabric to enable some catnip to spill out but that is generally after a few months of play.
I have found that placing a handful of these toys in a paper bag adds enormously to their enjoyment as they like the added noise and excitement of the hidden treasures inside. My youngest cat has now perfected the art of tearing the bag just enough to delicately pull out whichever Yeowww toy is her chosen favourite of the day. The bag also has the added advantage of neatly containing their stash at the end of the day when the night life calls and their daytime personas are left behind.
If your cat likes catnip it is fairly certain they will love any of the Yeowww products and they are definitely worth consideration.

My rescue baby girl Cleo isn’t the most playful cat but she loves her catnip toys. She’s had the bananas from the same brand for over a year and still loves them so this new one has had her very active.
It has a strong scent straight out the packet and it’s a good size, not too big but big enough for her to attack with all 4 feet and does disappear under the couch every 5 minutes. I would recommend and will be buying again.
