We’ve been getting this on auto-delivery monthly for years, and my dog still runs to the bowl every time. The ingredients seem decent, and it doesn’t upset his stomach like some other brands have. My only minor gripe is that the bag could be a little more durable—it occasionally tears during shipping. Otherwise, it’s been a solid choice for our pup.

More reasonably priced dry dog food that matches or exceeds the quality and ingredients of others. My dogs seem to enjoy the flavor and don’t have any allergic reactions to its ingredients. The only risk in ordering this heavier item through Amazon seems to be their inability to properly pad the contents of their boxes in order to avoid crushed items from shifting loads and some of their delivery drivers refuse to properly set the boxes right-side up in order to avoid damaging/ripping open their flimsy boxes or smaller/lighter items in the delivery. Chewy’s is slightly more expensive, but their shipping and handling practices greatly exceed Amazon’s. To summarize, if you can live with the 50:50 odds of receiving damaged goods or opened boxes, the food is worth buying again, but I recommend having it individually packaged and shipped.

I’ve fed my dogs this food for 5-6 years. They eat it and are healthy. They recently changed the branding but I think the food is the same. I get this beef flavor because one of my dogs is allergic to chicken, and while I think it has chicken by-product in it, she does not get all itchy like she does with chicken products. Much easier to get the 40lb bag on Amazon instead of lugging a big bag from the store. I live close to Ralphs but they usually only have up to the 28 lb bag, never the 40lb. I only wish Amazon had the 50lb bag.

I’ve been searching for a dry dog food that’s both affordable and made with real ingredients, and I think I finally found a winner with Rachael Ray Nutrish Real Beef, Pea & Brown Rice! Several flavors too not just this one! My dogs are usually pretty picky, but from the first bowl, they were all in—no hesitation, no sniffing and walking away, just tail wags and an empty bowl.
