This is an impressive combination of herbs to help me relax and sleep. Personally, I like that it does not contain Valerian root as I have adverse reactions to that. Over the years I had tried most of the herbs in here as a single product but not combined, and a couple of these are new to me.
I decided to try this because I am being treated with medication which has the side effect of causing insomnia, I already had some insomnia so this is pretty awful. I wasn’t sure if this could help me or not but decided to find out.
I really love that this has organic ingredients. I feel like this is a quality product made in the USA.
I am super sensitive to most herbal, OTC, and prescription medications so I decided I should experiment with the dosage. Basically, it doesn’t help me to take the full adult dose, but it does help me when I take a child’s dose. I didn’t wake up every hour like I had been, and I felt more rested.
I think this tastes fine, even if I take it straight. Now that I’m taking less I just place it right in my mouth. If you don’t like herbal flavors than mix it in a little water, I can hardly taste it when it’s in a couple of ounces of water.
I take it about an hour before I go to bed and that seems to work better than taking it at bedtime.
I think this is a good value for an organic herbal product. I will continue with this.

I cannot speak for other customers only myself, but I would tell people don’t waste your money on this product. The first day I got it I tried it about 3 AM after briefly sleeping the first 3 hours without it and it didn’t put me to sleep. I took it once again at 5 AM and I was awake for several hours. To get it into my system fast I took it a full dropper under my tongue both times. I called Amazon and they refunded my money. I don’t understand how this product got so many five star reviews. Steve

I’m not saying this is a bad, ineffective product. I’m just saying, I did not notice anything different after taking this. Didn’t fall asleep any sooner than “normal”. Didn’t sleep any better, or worse.
We’re all different, so keep that in mind. Your experience may be different than mine. I’ll continue to use these sleep drops, from time to time, and I’ll let you know if anything changes. As of right now, I remain neutral.

I’ve tried different sleep supplements and have found some that work well and others seem to do nothing. I took this right before going to bed. When I first went to bed I did not fall asleep immediately and thought it probably was not going to work for me. However, I found that I only woke once through the night, as opposed to waking at least 3 times, and realized that I slept very soundly. When I woke in the morning I was actually surprised at how well I slept! I’m very impressed with this supplement. I think I should have taken it a little earlier before I went to bed so that it would have had time to relax me. I love that it is made in the USA of organic ingredients that are ethically sourced. I also like that it does not have melatonin or any of the more traditional relaxation type of ingredients. It is suggested to put it in water or juice but I prefer to take things straight and take a drink of pure water afterwards. The taste reminded me of licorice, even though there is no licorice in it. Very happy to have found this and I would recommend to anyone wanting a good sound sleep!

My kiddos have a hard time sleeping sometimes so I try to pick them up sleep supplements to try and find what works best. I ordered this because it is a high-quality blend, made in the USA with non-GMO and vegan ingredients and stated as being alcohol-free and safe for all ages. It is also melatonin free, which can be hard to find in a sleep supplement.
Unfortunately, my kids did not like the taste of this whatsoever. They are not very picky at all, and this is the first sleep or calm supplement that I have given them that they do not really care to take. It is a strong formula with a bitter aftertaste that is not pleasant. You can get past this mixing in some juice, but I do not want to give my kids juice before bed.
As far as the actual effectiveness of the formula, I think it is great overall if you do not run into the flavor issue. It does seem to improve sleep quality for the kids when they take it, and the price is okay for 30 servings. This will be a backup for when we run out of the other stuff or when I find myself having sleep issues personally.

This product worked fairly well. I think it allowed me to have a deeper sleep although the length of time I slept was not as long as expected. But I really do like about it is that I don’t need to drink a lot of liquid in order to take it before bedtime.
