    This is a good mix of teas. This company’s reputation is good. I enjoy tea. The herbs in these teas do have subtle effects that make me feel better. I prefer this method to handle stressful situations rather than pharmaceuticals. All drugs, herbs, and food affect the body. Make the best choice for the situation. The dose of any matter (go read/research; it is worth your time).

    I have been buying Yogi Tea for a while now. I have one cup a day before going to bed, and get a fantastic nights rest. Now I also give to my friends when I hear them complaining about not being able to sleep. I’ve tried other brands of sleepy tea, but the bedtime Yogi tea for me is the best. You can taste the quality of it I liked it so much they have gift sample in a nice gift box that I have given to a friend as a get well. In addition I’ve given Yogi Teas to my neighbors over Christmas.

    Family say the Teas greatly help them when they aren’t feeling well, jet-lagged or stressed in the recent past! I find the teas very comforting and help sore throat. Highly recommend this product!
