I love drinking these when I have a sore throat ir feel that im getting sick. They boost my immunity and keep me from even getting to the coughing stage. I used to get colds that would last a couple months and the first time I drank these, i got better right away. Now i dont even get sick.

I really like yoga teas! Flavor & consistency great.
The only problem is that Amazon shipped it to me in an envelope type package which was really dumb. Of course the boxes were smashed to smithereens. Fortunately, all of the tea bags are still usable, just a bit messy…. which could reflect negatively on the product. Amazon can do a better job w/ packaging on some things. I mean, I get it that you’re trying to speed the process along, but at what cost? Since this particular product was not really breakable, wasn’t a huge issue but I’ve had plenty of things broken because they put things in an envelope as opposed to a box, or even put something small in a large size box without enough padding. Come on Amazon Team, I know you can do better!
