I got green tea because it contains l-theanine which can help counteract the effects of caffeine. Therefore it’s stimulating, but calming at the same time.
An important thing to remember if you want the best taste, don’t let your water get any hotter then 170°-180° F (76°-82° C), or steep for longer than 3 minutes, otherwise it will start to taste bitter. I drink it without any sweetener, I like the scent reminiscent of hay, or freshly cut grass. You can get this a little bit cheaper at other places, you may need to look around a bit.
