Oikos is an amazing brand I love their protein yogurts they taste amazing and these I wanted to try them so I bought them and man i’m glad i did because these are good, as soon as i opened one i got hit with the smell of caramel which was good and the thickness of it wasn’t bad at all it was actually pretty smooth which is a big plus for protein shakes, i got the 4pack and its a good price for the size of them. So far with the one I drank I had no clumpiness but I did shake them pretty hard so the people that get clumps maybe shake them for a bit. Calories are not bad at all either only 170 which is amazing

High protein, tastes great! I make smoothies using these protein drinks. I had ice a couple bananas, I also add flaxseed. And a little bit of milk, comes out great! Gives me about three servings of a great high quality smoothie for before or after my workout. Great value for the money no noticeable smell no clumpiness and the thickness is just right.

I have been disappointed in bottled drinks in the past. A lot of times, in the ingredients, as in chemicals (ever read the ingredients of premier protein?). Even though some protein drinks have added more vitamins and minerals, just not happy with ingredients and sometimes not in the taste.
While I got Oikos primarily for protein and because I liked the ingredients, it also has a great prebiotic and some A and D.
But what about the taste? I LOVE the Salted Caramel! I can’t speak to the other flavors, I am a big lover of GOOD salted caramel and was VERY pleased with the taste of this one. DO REFRIGERATE and SHAKE WELL for the best flavor!
It also arrived, even in the summer heat, with no clumps or lumps, velvety going down!
It’s also filling so if I don’t want or need another meal, but want more than a little snack, this does it.
BOTTOMLINE: SO HAPPY with it, just got today and am ordering another as this will be a staple for me.

After researching protein shakes I found that the Oikos shakes are the best for you with ingredients that you can actually pronounce. Which is critical when trying to stay healthy. If you can’t pronounce the ingredients, you shouldn’t put it in your body. The taste is beyond anything imaginable. Their smooth, creamy and full of taste even with the 30g of protein. No to little suger also is impressive.

I KNEW it! …. I read reviews saying no artificial sweeteners etc and was glad for that because I can’t stand that taste. So it’s not bad, not gritty and nicely smooth and all, decent light chocolate flavor and quite drinkable. BUT — I could TELL there was something artificial sweetener taste from the very first gulp that I didn’t care for and lo and behold, the culprit – stevia extract. Yes I KNOW this is made from natural leaf, but sorry if you have a sensitive palate and can’t stand that ‘fake sweetener’ taste profile, this has it – not to the point where I won’t drink it but probably wouldn’t order again. I like that it’s high protein without a lot of added fiber, I got another brand with fiber and let’s just say the ‘effect’ was unpleasant. And it’s reasonably priced and was shipped quickly and packed fine. But yes one BIG star off for the aftertaste owing to the Stevia extract which I will know in future to avoid in anything I purchase. It’s not as bas as sucralose, but trust me, it’s there.

I am a fitness girlie and I struggle to hit my protein goals every day. Then I found these! 30 grams of protein in one small drink? SIGN ME UP! I drink them after my workout, and they are easy to drink, don’t leave me feeling overfull, and I don’t feel like I have to eat everything in my vicinity! So they work well to keep you full and maintain your energy level post workout. They smell like yogurt, which is fine! No artificial smell, no weird taste or aftertaste, they’re just ideal. Plus they’re a good value. I really like them and I use them on a regular basis. I like the vanilla and salted caramel!

EDIT: LATELY I have gotten bottle after bottle with bits of ? Like something in it that didn’t get mixed properly? ALSO often the Salted Caramel tastes JUST like the Vanilla. It’s great! I’ve tried every brand of protein shake available in local groceries over the last 3 years and they all either taste disgusting or have a weird mouth-feel or upset my stomach. The Oikos chocolate tastes and feels just like regular chocolate milk. Tastes great and is easy to keep down. The caramel flavor is also very good, but has a slight aftertaste from the sweetener. It also goes down easily and doesn’t upset my stomach either. 10 out of 10, I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a protein supplement drink.

Good protein drink with 30 grams of protein. Our house had no issues with tummies being upset afterwards and they were nice smooth shakes. All of ours were within date. They’re a little sweeter and made good coffee creamer if we want to replace the high sugar creamers. We also drank them as is.

Are you post-surgical, a wright lifter, or just busy? This protein delivers! I didn’t care for vanilla and salted caramel as they tasted too sweet. However, the chocolate goes down so quickly that I swear there are holes in the bottom of those bottles. They’re by far my favorite.
