膝を少し曲げて、膝の下に商品をはさんで寝ると、不思議と仰向けで寝れるようになりました。

I love love love this. Great back roller. I had a softer roller but it went squishy after two months. I tried one of the expensive narrow firm plastic rollers with a neoprene cover, and it was great when it worked but it was too difficult to use.
This is perfect. It felt too hard at first, but it softens a bit with use, and now it’s just perfect.

Currently using 2 of these; one under neck & shoulders, & another under hips & lower back, then rocking to & fro as on a balance board to reduce muscle tension from standing for long periods, or after sitting for long periods at a desk or the computer.
Great relief, especially before bed if one has got a muscle tension pain in the back or neck, or after bed if you have slept awkwardly.
Smoothes out tangled muscle fibres in the back simply by rolling with own body weight, & reduces risk of tension setting in or causing longer term agitation.
Set at a slight angle they can really get under the shoulder blades & ease tension in the subscapularis muscle for those whose jobs may include keeping arms in the same position for long periods e.g. drivers, console operators. Or even for sports persons as a cool-down after exercise or performances.
Well worth a few quid, & preventative measure against a visit to the physiotherapist

This is a pretty simple item. I just wanted something I could stretch my back out with that didn’t take up a lot of room. I wasn’t sure if this would deform or flatten or get crushed, but it’s actually very dense and strong and maintains its shape (I’m over 200 lbs).
Sometimes I even just sit this vertically behind me on the couch to keep my back straight by sitting against it.

Our Physical Therapist suggested we get this roller for home exercises to help treat a shoulder problem. The other is very good quality and works great. The shoulder is feeling better and we will continue using the roller after PT is completed. The roller keeps its shape and is the right size for excercises.

This foam roller is excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. It’s firm enough to really work out sore muscles but still comfortable to use, and it holds its shape well without denting. This back roller offers a firm roller to press out back aches and pains. It was a bit harder than I expected and I have trouble rolling on it. I believe it would work better for me if it had just a bit of give.
I can still use it, and it does massage and work out some of those muscle knots. I can roll it against the wall rather than trying to lie on it on the floor. The firmness may not be an issue for everyone, but it is a little uncomfortable to me.

Great size for my physical therapy exercise. A little too firm but after looking up more from this company I see that I ordered the wrong one. It still works good and I’ve found additional exercises I can do with a firm one. Good for removing knots in shoulders, upper and lower back and legs. Decent price.

I use this roller for “butterfly stretching” and scapular strengthening. For both of these, the foam roller is absolutely wonderful!! It is extremely firm and does not allow for any bend. I give it 5-stars for the stretches mentioned above.
Why 4-stars? Well, it works great for stretching but I use it for Pilates exercises and it was very hard and thick for my lower back, hips and thighs.
Overall I would give this a 4.5 as it is great for scapular stretching techniques but too hard for pilates – although it could be that I just don’t have enough “cushion” on my body and that is why I found it uncomfortable. 🤷🏻♀️
