I started drinking this tea daily for a month to support my body during postpartum. Even though it isn’t specifically advertised this way, I feel like having two cups a day has helped with my breastfeeding and maintaining my milk supply. I just feel a bit more hydrated when I have it and notice a difference in my milk supply when I don’t. Very good flavor
