I’m trying to get away from sleeping pills and this tea is helping—On the first day I was just relaxed but not sleeping and then the second day did the trick-I heated a cup of hot of this tea and watched my Yugio shows and after the second show I was not drowsy so I turned the TV off and that’s all I can remember until 7 am and boy I felt AMAZING I thank God for this tea
