I don’t have much to say for these, other than I usually take them to help balance things out in my body. I can’t say that I have a definitive reaction or acute awareness to how these affect me after I’ve taken one. I will say that if I take them consecutively for a few days, once or twice a day, that I do tend to get a minor headache, which is why I don’t take these often. Nice thing is…they don’t taste bad or overly hard to swallow, and my gut seems to react to them peacefully, compared to other meds or supplements that the ingredients used for making the capsule don’t always agree with me. I would say that the cost & quantity is relatively fair. Shipping & Handling is good, and everything arrives safely.

Seems to be what its supposed to be. Never hurts to get a little extra boron in you. As always with nutricost, capsules are easy to swallow and to supplements seem to be quality, especially by comparison to other brands at the same strength.

Started taking this after seeing what the health benefits were while doing some research on supplements. Actually, I had never even heard of boring as a supplement.
I have to agree with the experts, although it’s not like I’m miraculously 30 years younger and it’s a miracle cure for past poor life’s decisions, but I felt a subtle yet noticeable improvement in overall health in combination with my other supplements after a few weeks and will continue taking.
