Post workout hydration same. Energy level is same, all ‘focus’ is unchanged. I’ll give these a week’s try and if I do notice any changes I’ll update. But as for now it had no effect on me. Edit after three uses. Originally gave 2-stars now taking to 1-star as there is still no noticeable effect. 3RD UPDATE-Used faithfully every day for 3 weeks. Always in morning with food. Still no noticeable effect on me.

I like the product, I have the Hydrogen bottle and didn’t want take the bottle out the house, So I decide to get the tablets, best decision I’ve made. I more energy and the bottle water taste lighter not heavy.
Since using by the Hydrogen bottle there has been different deference in my lab work, so I want to use the tablets for easy on the go convenience. So far so good.

On the flip side: the “energy boost” effect is subtle and not dramatic, and since evidence for hydrogen-rich water benefits remains limited, the price felt a bit high for what you get.
If you’re curious about trying something new and wellness-oriented, this is okay — but don’t expect miracles.

These pills work best when crushed to a powder in a porcelain mortar and pestle set and spread out flat. Then pour 1.5 to 2oz of water into the mortar, wait 5 to 10 seonds, and drink right away. Spreading out the powder flat gives a greater surface area of powder exposed to the water so that it all dissolves quicker. Waiting for an uncrushed pill to dissolve will allow much of the hydrogen to escape the water surface by the time you drink it down.

I was doing some research on hydrogen water bottles and tablets. I wasn’t sure what type of waterbottle was best, and then I saw the tablets, and I thought that was a great place to start. I have tried it a few different ways and love to drink this. I have tried drinking it in the morning and also drinking it at night to help me sleep through the night. It has helped me sleep through the night. The tablets do not taste. I usually just drop it in a glass of water, and then I drink it once the tablets have dissolved. It works perfectly to add as part of a bedtime routine.
