First off: This stuff stinks! I didn’t think I would be able to even use it once I opened it the first time, and the smell wafted into my nose. I had serious doubts that the flavor, which is horrific, could be covered up with anything as stated in the directions, but I was wrong! It is a virtually undetectable taste when paired with coffee or honey and lemon. It is far easier to dissolve in hot water. It is sticky and messy to work with or measure the suggested amounts. With all the negatives it has, the benefits are well worth it. The things I have seen significant changes in are: I sleep much better, and my energy level is higher and lasts all day. The cost is good compared to similar products.

Don’t taste or look like the shilajit from the Mars website. Don’t even have to same effect. If you pay attention to the labels from both you can see the difference. So I think it’s better to purchase from Mars website

I have gotten a subtle increase in energy after taking this. It definitely works! It seems to be from a reputable source. I mix it in my coffee in the morning.
It is hard to tell from taste and smell exactly how the quality is. I have not taken the straight resin before. I do notice the subtle effects though that I have felt from good quality shilajit I have taken in the past.
